Location was fabulous The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

The apartment is very dated for the value we paid It was not as clean as you would expect, there were shelves with layers of dust, it appeared the floor under the bed had never been vacuumed as there was dust and rubbish everywhere, the internet service was diabolical almost none existent unless you stood right next to it, no service on the deck and very limited in the bedroom The ironing board looked like it belonged in a museum, the owners of this apartment need to stay there and experience it, then ask themselves if they got value for their money

The staff here are lovely and the location is fantastic. Near the beach, Pacific Fair, and the tram/bus station. We enjoyed the spa pool and have used the parking previously too. It's great value and suits those who would prefer to avoid a high rise. We'll definitely be back!

The Wi-Fi did drop out regularly, and the bed was a bit too soft for us, but beds are something that never quite suits everyone, so we'll give them a pass on that. :-) Would have liked to give a 10, but our backs were a bit sore, and the Wi-Fi did get a bit annoying. Not major things though, we'll definitely stay here again.

Room 10 was clean, well set up and had a functional layout easily catering for two people. The location of the property is between the beach and Pacific Fair and easy walking distance to both. I liked that in addition to the washing machine and dryer, also had a small hanging rack for drying clothes and tv's in both the lounge and bedroom. Across the road from a school, so doesn't feel hemmed in by high rises. Nice swimming pool and the spa pool was excellent. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay.

It would be good to have 2 or 3 large plastic tumblers to be able to take cool drinks to the pool.

Fantastic location - walking distance to Pacific Fair and even closer to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and lots of local attractions. Great for Tesla drivers as the Superchargers are at Pacific Fair. Fairly quiet street opposite a school so you don't feel closed in at all. The pool and spa are great and beautifully maintained. Easy parking and secure access to the building. Easy check-in and the unit has everything you need. Very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, close to beach, Pacific Fair shops, light rail, convention center. Would stay here again & recommend to friends/ family.

Little dated, but clean & tidy.

island beach resort is located very conveniently near bus stops and the tram station (broadbeach south), so it was easy for us to get around to surfers paradise etc. it was also close to pacific fair shopping centre (fun fact: it is the 2nd largest one in Australia), which is very convenient for us to get groceries and do shopping. the resort is a very short walk away from the beach. the jacuzzi was also wonderful to use after a good day out.

The apartment was a good size, with everything you need for a long holiday. Washer and dryer a big bonus. Within walking distance to supermarkets, the beach, the tram and bus stop, Pacific Fair, Draculas and the casino.

An older resort so rooms a bit dated, but they keep the grounds nice.

Very clean, renovated, perfect location, everything you need. Close to the beach. Close to some great restaurants. Waking distance to pacific fair and the light rail.

Stairwells for getting your suitcases up and down were difficult for older people. Better to book ground level if you know.

Our unit had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was an exciting upgrade for us. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more, the laundry had a washer and dryer that worked great, and it was a reasonable walking distance from the G:link tram stop and the beach. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and we had a lovely stay.

The wifi only got a decent signal in the living room on the 1st floor, and even then it was a little slow sometimes. Could not connect well from the bedrooms on either floor. Also, there were not many bedside outlets for phone charging.

It was our second time, staying here and the management has changed to Lynda who is a responsive and friendly person. The location of this resort is handy and close to shops and restaurants. it has a small swimming pool but enjoyable enough for our child. Just remember to have shampoo, conditioner with you as it wasnot provided here. Our room was old but clean.

Theere was a construction happening and the patio of our room didnt have view to outside as it was blocked by council.
