The breakfast was amazing! Super complete, even more considering that is included in the price! I cannot understand why this property is rated 7,5 on Booking. Room was clean, everything working, everything as expected, no unpleasant surprises. And location is top and having breakfast included is not to be found everywhere!

Receptionists could chitchat a bot more, a little bit more pf information or conversation would have been more welcoming.

The location is great, the hotel is in the center. 2 min walk from Spikersuppa square, tram, train... The room is smaller, but it didn't bother us because we didn't spend that much time in the room. Sufficient space for storing suitcases under the bed. The bathroom is clean and has enough space. You can leave your bag at the hotel free of charge before checking in to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful and always at your service. The breakfast was excellent. A large selection of food. In short, we felt at home. We will definitely be back.

It would be great if the room had a kettle.

Everything was fine overall. We stayed two times in this hotel - before and after our trip further north. The first time we were absolutely happy with the room, whereas the second time the room was not as good: much smaller (we couldn't squeeze our big suit case at the location it would fit, also almost all the shampoo bottles in the bathroom were kind of brocken, but still working though. Delicious breakfast, big choice of foods. Excellent location - within walking distance to all the best places in Oslo! Would definitely come again.

The woman at the reception was a bit rude. Something didn't work in the system, and we had to wait almost half an hour for our check in, while she didn't tell even sorry or explained why we had to wait so long.

Just in the city center, 15 min walking from train station, tram in front of the hotel but there is good acoustic insulation. Confortable and clean room. Not so small, with working desk. Good wifi, good shower. Good breakfast with lot of choices, hot, cold, gluten free, fruit...

There is no bread toaster in the breakfast.

Staff enabled early checkin for us, for which we were grateful. The location is at the heart of Oslo, Central. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room on 5th floor was pretty warm with ventilation system not helping much. However, I understand this time summers in 2025 have been pretty unexpectedly warm.

Position is Perfect, great breakfast and the staff takes customer service really seriously.

It might be a good idea to change the old moquette: the room was undoubtedly clean (really, accurately cleaned), but did not feel as such at a first glance.

The location was great, and we were able to visit interesting places nearby on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with something for everyone (especially bread was so delicious and crunchy). I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back. :)

Very nice location and comfy bed. The room was very similar to other scandic hotels I stayed in before! No complaints.

Breakfast time was a bit busy, we had to wait for a bit before sitting even if we reserved our time the night before. But it was not a big deal.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent, rooms are simple but clean and perfect for a short stay. I'd certainly rebook.

Maid service was bookable so easy to not get your towels changed etc.. if you didn't know at first. 😀

We couldn't have dreamt about better location! Everything is close, metro station, tram, train station. Sightseeing is as simple as leaving the hotel. I spent the holidays with my husband and We were delighted by lovely staff, everyone was helpuful and nice 💖 We must appreciate breakfast in a seperate paragraph because that's what makes our stay in Scandic Grensen particularly amazing. Rich, nutritious and created to suit everyone's taste. Plenty of beverages from different types of coffee and tea to freshly made juices. When it comes to food we could choose savory options like delicious salmon or warm scrambled eggs as well as sweet - huge variety of cereal, cinnammon buns, wide range of yogurt. And cheese! Omg, yhe cheese! Our room was always clean and fresh, very quiet, considering the fact that it's a city centre. We loved the warm floor in the bathroom. Tltr: we had lovely time and ate very well 💖

We didn't like the way the lights in the room work. They are beautifully arranged but completely not intuitive 😅
