Warm friendly welcome. Large comfortable room with balcony and views. Superb cafe quality breakfast provided. Great range of tourist information available. Hosts were personable and engaging with us as guests.

Location is easy to get to, quiet with views over city. Would recommend guests to have transport so can get to central city for dinner etc.

Lovely, great communication, well appointed and comfortable. The kind of place we'd like to stay whenever we go to Rotorua. Annie and Dale are kind and knowledgeable and the place is peaceful and has everything you need and want for an accommodation. A perfect home away from home. Highly recommended.

Annie and Dale are so nice and friendly. They gave us really good recommendations on things to do in the area and where to eat. The breakfasts were great and set us up for our days of exploring and the room was really nice and clean.

Exceptional and friendly hosts that ensured we were super comfortable for our stay. I was provided ground coffee for the french press! Extremely clean and comfy (warm) rooms and bathroom. Location is not in the city centre (defo need a car) but that was not an issue for us. The house was on a very peaceful street with lovely views over the city. Very near Te Puia which was where we wanted to visit and a short drive to the skyline/town for restaurants.

Dale & Annie are exceptional, you will not be disappointed in your choice of B&B. Their facilities are absolutely amazing the value of their accommodation is very affordable with a choice of delicious breakfasts. The location is very close to popular Rotorua international sports stadium and close to access one of the main roads to take you to the town centre. But to top it all off, it was the views, that surround the home as you enjoy breakfast cooked by Dale and Annie with the company of other B&B guest.

Honestly... There nothing at Dale & Annie B&B, but that you won't be disappointed.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Dale and Annie who were very helpful giving us information about Rotorua. The accommodation was beautiful, and Dale and Annie's attention to detail was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful/delicious and we would highly recommend this property to anyone. The beds were amazingly comfortable, additiinal towels and bedding were available. the facilities were perfect, the room was very clean and organised. Annie had loads of info regarding what to do in the area.

Great location, really quiet. The room was very well appointed. Breakfast was really good. Annie and Dale were so welcoming. It's was sad to leave after our stay. We will be back.

Breakfast options were all very good. A modern lodging in a quiet neighborhood with great views and ample parking. Our hosts were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

The room was spacious and beautiful, very clean with a cool balcony overlooking Rotorua. Free parking was very convenient. I run cold so the controlable heater was a plus. The heated towel bar also very appreciated! The included breakfast was delicious and chats with the hosts were lovely. And Mao the cat was adorable :) Everything about the stay was very comfortable!
