The rooms were on the smaller side, but very well appointed and very comfortable, the bathrooms in the rooms were lovely and the general decor of the room was very chic. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, professional. They assisted us with recommendations of things to do, helped us book a rental car, and tickets, they booked restaurant reservations for us and would have done anything we asked. Some of the kindest, most helpful people ever!

The staff was great, very polite and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast - they serve best fruits ever! Every single day! Good choice also of cheese and pastry - premium quality products. In the evening you get nice chocolate selection, that will go well with the nice coffee you can make anytime at your coffee machine in the room. And I always like when hotels provide quality brand cosmetics for their guests - you’ll not be disappointed here ;) overall, I liked everything inside this hotel!

Well, this was something we did not get properly: the fact that being in the city center comes with all the traffic and hassle of a touristic place. Despite double windows, noise from the street will still be heard, also during the nights and especially during weekends. It can be also related to each person tolerance, my point is that if you are more sensitive to noise, you’ll hardly sleep at nights. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself or the people working there - still a 10, without any doubt!

Amazing location, couldn't have chosen a better location to stay in the city for our 4-night city break. Within walking distance of all the primary areas of the city, also great shops, restaurants, bars etc. Also nearby Tram 28 stop and also the trams to LX factory.

Service at breakfast was a little slow and with inexperienced staff, but all were very friendly and helpful in resolving any problems. Light switches in the room were a bit tricky to work out but it's a small issue.

A wonderful oasis of comfort and luxury. The staff are wonderful and absolutely went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. On the first morning, at 6 a.m. somebody (not a staff member) accidentally woke us up. The staff investigated the video images, assured us that everything was OK, and brought us a selection of fruit, even though they had nothing to do with the wake-up. Breakfast is excellent and well worth waking up earlier for (though not at 6). We didn’t get to dine in the evening but we’ll certainly consider it next time. For some customers the absence of a swimming pool or a gym may be a downside, but an old building in the centre has it’s limits. The charm and the location certainly make up for it.

I thought the location was perfect, the linens were very high end and comfortable beds. The room was beautiful and the hotel as well. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room was very small. We didn’t have any place for our clothes and it was impossible to step out of the bed on one side as our suitcases were on the floor. This was smaller than I have seen before, it is possible our room was smaller than most. Also, we had very little natural light even though we were on the fourth floor. Also, the bathroom was spacious but the toilet made noise and there seemed to be other plumbing issues.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Bruno was really amazing, many recommendations of where to go, how to get there, super helpful and kind. I felt like we were friends and got to know him while I was there for 4 nights. I needed to get out of a terrible Airbnb situation and booked this hotel because I needed comfort and a place I could rest and still be in central Lisbon (I did not have a car) they were wonderful. The room was lovely, peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet each morning was extremely nice and everything you could ever want. Impeccable service. Don’t miss the hotel restaurant for a first class dining experience. They have a great Chef, waiters who know regional wines of Lisbon and Portugal. 5 stars.

This has nothing to do with the hotel or their staff, but realize you are in the heart of Lisbon. The Chiado neighborhood is vibrant and lively and active until later in the night. You will hear noise and partiers from local bars all around the area. Music, singing, people out quite later especially the weekends. It didn’t bother me though at all. I bring earplugs and close the windows. I slept very well and kind of enjoyed the vibe there it’s a wonderful place, easy access to lots of restaurants, bars, etc.

The hotel is extremely comfortable, with great design and taste. Excellent for those traveling alone - as the busy and touristy Chiado area will not allow anyone to feel lonely - and upscale clients that like triple A environments. Worth to mention that everything has high quality - from the floor to the roof; and this reflects in the fact that you can actually choose the room temperature sharply (finally, a thermostat that works!). Windows are sound proof so don’t worry about the buzz.

The rooms are small, but pretty and cozy.

This Hotel is in the "Chiado" area of Lisbon with river-front nearby. The Hotel opened recently (less than a year ago) in a 300 year old building - the interiors of the hotel have been completely re-modeled and have modern amenities. Excellent view from the Room gallery. The Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Hotel restaurant did not have any vegetarian options for Dinner.

Quiet and great location, right in the downtown. Right next to art galleries, restaurants and bars, and less the 5 minutes walking to the river Tejo and to Terreiro do Paço. Breakfast and very pleasant service. Highly recommended!

Location is absolutely unbeatable. If you come to Lisbon for a short vacation, it’s extremely convenient to have main points of interests, restaurants, nightlife etc walking distance. Reception staff are very polite and professional. Rooms are clean and new - nothing special, but good. Breakfast is nice, especially variety of fresh fruits available every day is fantastic.
