Location was great

The room looked clean until I dropped my mascara and it rolled under bathroom vanity. Someone left some underwear there, unsure how long it’s been there. Just yuck. For 200.00 + for weekday room you get used underwear.

location is great, the island is packed with shops and restaurants all within walkable from the hotel. the only issue we had was the shower in our room, the water was not very hot and the overhead rain shower dripped cold water on you as you are showering. also, there was not a seal on the bottom of the shower door and water gets all over the floor as you shower.

the shower in the room looked nice but was below the standard of this otherwise very nice hotel. also, the parking fee of $10 per night seems ridiculous when you have a free parking lot that adjoins the pay lot and they wont give you the option of parking in the free lot.

The location is outstanding. The island has a lot of activities and restaurants right outside the door. The room was very large with a mini kitchen area, balcony, and fireplace. I did feel the price was a bit high but you are paying for the location more than anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were charged twice for our room but they resolved the issue.

We were located in a river view room which was nice, however there were geese in the river making a lot of noise even throughout the night which made it hard to sleep.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Margarittaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff are incredibly helpful from the moment you pull up the valet. The valet was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Zeb was more than helpful and accommodating. He answered any question or request we had and truly helped make our stay memorable. The housekeeping staff as well as the bartenders all have a very welcoming helpful demeanor. The hotel accommodations are amazing and so is all the stuff you can do close by. Just catch an elevator downstairs and you have access to shopping and restaurants. Or you can go to the rooftop pool (kid and mom approved 😁) I recommend getting the one of the cabanas to elevate your pool experience!! Fins is the in hotel restaurant you can order at the pool, your room or eat in downstairs. They have a great bartender (Victor) and the chicken tenders and fries are the best I’ve had anywhere. This place is a “must stay” when coming to Pigeon Forge

Parking is too far from hotel. Self parking was an extra charge of $10 per day plus tax. I've stayed in and around pigeon forge many times over the years with stays at hotels, multi room condominiums, and cabins. This place was newer and clean, but just another hotel with the same pieces to any hotels parts, just put together a little differently. Suited for family's with small children, who enjoy shopping, dining and amusement park style rides all in the same location as the hotel. $200 per day was reasonable for the room that slept four adults.

Bed was very comfortable, location was great, fireplace was romantic. The balcony was the perfect size for two people. The staff was so helpful and very accommodating. The room was much larger than I expected and the shower..oh lord amazing!!

If I have to pick one thing that could be changed I would say that the room could use a bit more sound proofing. But that is a stretch. The room had a great window cover that blocked out light. The music from the fountain was a little loud at night but that really has nothing to do with the hotel.

I loved the location rooms. Showers were perfect. Bed was ok. Not very soft, but not a brick either.

I didn’t like the fact they made you pay for parking. You’re already paying plenty for the hotel. Also, we got fresh towels once. Then when we asked for them the employee said go ask the woman down there. I proceeded to ask the woman down the hall she said to ask the woman I just spoke with. Both woman said they had a shortage on towels so we may not be able to get any. I did not appreciate that. I paid for the hotel and amenities. I didn’t pay for a room with no clean towels. Mine you we didn’t ask until day 3. We also had 4 people in one room. I finally talked to a man and got some. They also only cleaned the room once. (Just needed garbage taken out and towels)

The staff was amazing! Tricia in housekeeping and Kimberly at the pool bar were both so friendly and hospitable! Excellent service all the way around but these ladies 2 are irreplaceable... true assets to this property.

Timeshare pitch was off putting as soon as we arrived, exhausted. Young lady at valet wanted to charge me for a 2nd day of valet parking 10 hrs after paying the first 24 hours. Was actually charged a night of valet parking that i self parked, but it was refunded once i returned home from trip.

I appreciate the close self parking. I liked being able to walk out of the hotel in other parts of the island shops. It is so clean in the hallway and in the room, and the amenities are upgraded. The room is spacious, and the difference in a metal ice bucket makes. It's more than simple. The granite counter tops with a sink, deep cabinets,. And there was more

The overhead shower dripped during the shower, and the fabric chair and end of the bed pillow top covered shelf were stained. The room was way in the back, but maybe if I asked, I could have gotten a closer to the front room, especially going out of season when the hotel is not full but I did have other exits that put me into the shops.

Everything is conveniently located. You can shop eat and play without leaving the island. The rooms and valet parking are great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have stayed in the river view, fountain view and this time the village view and all are excellent rooms.

The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows might need to be upgraded. Water pressure in the shower is not that good, but that is coming from someone with a thick head of hair and needs water pressure to rinse shampoo out.
