The owners were so accommodating,I made a mix up with the booking dates and they were really helpful to make everything work.they also booked a really good taxi trip to the airport for us,it was the last night of our holidays and they made it go so smoothly.Though we weren't long in the hotel it was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfortable.I would highly recommend it and would,return again hopefully, its in the old city just over the bridge, plenty restaurants and bars nearby. Great experience for us .

Location is fantastic, reception stuff great, parking easy and comfortable.

I didn’t mind, but no lift here and steps are steep. Anyway you don’t need to be a great sportsman to climb it. It is absolutely OK, though if you really need a lift this hotel might not be the best option

The location is great, right by the main street and a few minutes walk from the old town. Its also about a 15-20 minute walk from the Gdansk Glowny Train Station. The room was refilled with bottles of water, coffe and tea every day. The room is not fancy, but its clean and great value for money. The personnel was really helpfull and nice.

The hotel was in a good location . It is a small hotel but it was very clean and quiet. The staffwere very helpful and friendly. They also responded very fast to my messages . I loved the big window of the room. The room was simple and functional.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Comfortable, clean, with the good breakfast. The location is perfect with all the sightseeings in very close proximity. The personnel was aldo really helpful and nice. They let us check in 1h earlier because the room was ready. Great place to stay in Gdańsk!

The friendliest and most helpful front desk I have ever met. The hotel facilities have ok value for money.

Fly screens for the window, you open the window for 10 minutes and there are a dozen mosquitos inside.

The breakfast was well worth purchasing, plenty of everything, and very good, the hotel is amazingly clean, all the staff are helpful and polite, I would certainly stay there again

Great location, friendly staff, calm and perfectly suitable room for a short stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again, can surely recommend to anybody who considers staying in Willa Biala Lilia.

Although it did not bother me at all, wifi was very weak and unusable. I am not sure why exactly, could be just some temporary issue or specific to this room.
