Good place to stay for short trips, parking is on a street super close by, staff were very friendly & room was adequate for our nights stay. Pleasantly clean room, comfy bed, towels & water provided. Close to Co-op live for attending concerts. Cost around £7 for a 10 min trip with uber.

Doesn’t fit tall people too well, I’m 6ft 4 and had to duck a few times through certain places & in the bathroom. Can’t be helped by the hotel though as it’s how the building is made.

The location is quite good, as it is fairly close to Victoria Train Station. (I took bus 59 outside the Printworks: 10-15 minute ride). Reception is open 24 hours and on arrival, the staff were polite and helpful and my luggage was carried to my room for me after check in. The hotel uses a card system to access the front door and also the hotel room. The single room I stayed in had an ensuite and it was clean and cosy. There was a kettle as well as a TV and the bed was firm and comfortable. For heating purposes, there was an adjustable radiator in the room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay.

There was a picture of a famous band and a dream catcher on the wall in my room, which didn't bother me really but it might be a good idea to keep the hotel walls neutral in case they offend others. The bathroom and shower area lacked shelves and there was no plug for a hairdryer/straighteners etc. The shower didn't work at all on arrival, but was fixed quickly after speaking to reception. Unfortunately it had two settings, too cold or scalding hot and so I had to keep adjusting the settings every five seconds. Tip: There were no teaspoons in my room, just a couple of wooden stirrers and so pack one or two if you are planning on staying here.

The property was in a great location, for someone who doesn’t drive all Ubers were so cheap because everything was 10 mins away. The beds are so comfortable I had the best sleep Iv had in a while haha, shower is great, smart Tv..what more could you ask for. Very functional had a cute little desk where I could do my makeup and also sit and do my uni work. For the low price, I’d definitely give this place a 10/10

No lift

The staff are very friendly in this hotel, and they were able to check me in efficiently. The bed was also very comfortable, and the blanket was also comfortable. The other thing I really liked about this hotel was that there was a water bottle provided, which is really helpful because I got in after 2 long flights and had no chance to buy water. This is the perfect hotel for a one-night stay

You have to be able to get into the hotel before 11:00 p.m. which is not good because that made it really stressful to get there on time, there was also no AC

I had a fantastic stay at Park View Residence. The hotel manager, Mr. Singh, personally welcomed me and assured me that I could come to the desk anytime for help. The staff were available 24/7 at the reception and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also convenient, not far from the city center, with lovely park views. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.

Wall mirror was not in the bathroom also not in the room. Only mirror was fixed with clothes cabinet In the building fragrances spray was not good

The room was clean and tidy. I received a lovley welcome, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay again as was close to the co-op live arena.

The room was very hot, I did turn off the heater but still very hot and was not able to open window. Mabey having a fan in the room as an option would be a good idea.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and homely. Every little detail was well thought out. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with a great host!

The staff was very helpful, kind and willing to help with whatever you need, the location is right outside the 59 bus stop into Manchester, and 18-20 minutes into Manchester Piccadilly Gardens.

Nothing that I could say is bad or not liked about the hotel

Everything was perfect , I stayed here for a week and this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Manager Mani went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience.
