the hotel and staff very good but unfortunately for the money they supposes to block 200,000 AMD from my card they charges my card and after so many email to hotel still no reply and i have ask so many time to get copy of my invoice for my stay unfortunately after 10 days still they did not reply and send

Everything. Clean, room amenities, breakfast and most importantly Beat Location in Yerevan by far. Spa was extraordinary, clean and comfortable facility with rich menu of options and treatments.

Nice location and great workout and pool facilities - staff was super accommodating and we were right in the middle of everything - with a lot of music concerts and events within walking distance

Location is nice, got a late checkout option (at 15:00) free of charge, which was a nice touch. Hotel itself is newly remodeled.

Value for money is relatively low. Generally okish hotel for a premium price level. Spa zone was nice but had only two saunas.

The staff was so friendly, the hotel was beautiful with a lot of good restaurants and facilities and the room was spacious and so comfortable
