Everything! The room was large, comfortable and clean. Very well maintained. The staff kept our room clean and well stocked with plenty of linens, towels, everything we needed. Even noticed when we used more of a certain product and made sure to leave extra when they cleaned the room. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a nice choice of hot food, eggs, meats, potatoes on the buffet every morning, plus plenty of breads, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yogurts and more. The staff, especially Renee and Jerome, were just so kind, friendly and really made our stay perfect. I have never stayed in a place where every single staff member I had contact with was so friendly and helpful. It felt like staying with family. This staff deserves recognition, and I hope they get it, they are great people.

I honesty cannot think of one single thing we didn't like. This property was clean, well maintained and beautiful. There was nothing we did not love about this property

The breakfast was outstanding and the employee for the food was friendly and helpful. All of the staff was great. The only thing I needed was a shower cap. Usually these are provided. Talking about breakfast, I consider the baked chicken and biscuit the best and I enjoyed coffee throughout the day and I loved the strawberry kiwi water. Also, the night we arrived there was a evacuation for Sevier county and the desk employee was considerate in helping us where the wildfires were happening and kept us updated

The hotel was off the main strip and easy to access. They were very clean and had a good smell throughout the hotel. The halls were comfortable and clean as well. The bathroom had complimentary pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The breakfast was amazing! The coffee was good. The pool area was kept clean. We even had room service clean our room while we were out for the day, and that did not happen at our last hotel.

The bathroom door did have trouble shutting unless you raised up on it to shut and latch. It was nice to have the sofa bed and table, but once the bed came out, we had to rearrange furniture to find a place to out the tables.

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and lobby real clean and smelt good. The staff was great and friendly. Also at a great location. Beds was comfortable too. Will be staying here from now on in pigion forge

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Good quality towels and sheets. Plenty of outlets for charging. Shower was SUPER strong. Nice toiletries. Nice drawers and storage spaces in the bathroom. You could store your items without having them all over the bathroom vanity top. Breakfast was good and hot. Parking was ample and well lit, especially in the back of the hotel.

Lighting in room was very poor. There were only two small lamps. One was on the desk and one between the two beds. The bathroom lighting was not sufficient either. The television remote was very awkward. Not easy to navigate. The way that the toilet paper had to be attached to the side of the cabinet was strange. The paper roll fell off every time it was used. Finally, just took it off and used it like that. Should be replaced with a closed paper holder instead of a hook style.

It’s easy to access. There were no sketchy people hanging around the property. The check-in employee was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. The AC, fridge, and TV all worked as they should. The water pressure for the shower was exceptionally good for a hotel. I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for 20+ years. There are nicer hotels, technically, with more luxurious options, but this is about as good as I’ve ever seen from a chain like La Quinta. We enjoyed it enough that we’ve already booked another stay for our next trip.

Struggling to find something we didn’t like.

The manager and staff were excellent. Breakfast area had a nice selection and very clean. My fury baby was welcomed. There is a lovely and peaceful cemetery to visit (if you like that sort of thing) a little walk up the hill behind the hotel.

The only thing I would recommend to future guests is to request a room at the backside of the hotel. If you are in the front rooms you will likely hear the garbage truck in the early hours that tends to the restaurant right in front of the hotel.

Having 3 comfortable beds in the suite....and having enough additional room for luggage. The hotel was also fairly quiet but in close proximity to all the attractions.

It would be helpful to have more mirrors in the bedroom areas for multiple people getting ready in the morning. The breakfast could have been a little better and they need bigger coffee cups, but I just used my own. 🙂

The breakfast was always exceptional and very clean. The team kept it up and picked up. They accommodated whatever we needed with a baby and it was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so roomy and up to date. The location was perfect for both pigeon forge and gatlinburg access.

I wish the breakfast food would change more each day like maybe bacon or different potatoes or something besides biscuits and gravy. We were not told where the pool was or the hours were different then what was stated on the envelope with our key cards.

The breakfast was good; might change it up a little though; some bacon would be nice. We liked our room except the toilet must have been made for toddlers (seriously it was that low) but the beds were fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly so there was some barking but it wasn’t bad. Dogs weren’t allowed in the front lobby/breakfast area at a certain time and I thought that was a wonderful idea. Also you would not know it was dog friendly because it smelled so fresh and clean. This hotel sets back off the road and it’s hard to get in and out off the highway if you don’t know where you’re going but you do get the hang of it (either turn past Golden Corral or turn into the road before it and circle back to the left. Stayed 4 nights and thought it was reasonably priced and would stay again!
