Location is perfect and it’s quiet here. We stay often because it’s clean and cheap and we’d rather spend our money on eating and shows

The pillows are always thin like a piece of paper haha. It take 2-3 to make a real pillow under your head. They could invest in some nice ones at some point. We have even brought our own from time to time

We’ve stayed here multiple times. From One night trips to weekly trips. It has been great every time! Staff is amazing and always accommodating anything you could need! The pool is officially open now & the temperature was just right. It’s a smaller pool but has plenty of seats & tables for shade. The room was cleaned & there are also hand soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and extra linens were easy to get from the front desk. AC worked well. To top it all off McDonald’s, Golden Corral , and several shops are just feet away! This hotel is located near everything you could want, but far enough away from the strip so that night traffic won’t keep you up! There’s also a place for laundry if needed. Overall a great place to stay for the nightly prices.

Unfortunately there’s no breakfast, but McDonald’s is like 40ft away so it was perfect for a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Conveniently located. Close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Adequately stocked to meet my needs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning worked great especially since we were there during a heat wave.

Electric outlet plugs for bedside lamps kept falling out leaving me in the dark. Turned on shower and water was running out very yellow. Took about 1-2 minutes for it to clear. Room on backside of hotel facing the mountain, looked out window to see view. There was some trash scattered about. Lobby, hallways, and elevators were too warm which was a bit uncomfortable.

I was so skeptical when booking due to the reviews I had read. I'm so glad I booked our rooms anyway. Our stay was wonderful! I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We had originally planned to only stay 2 night but decided at last minute to stay again. The staff made it so easy to make arrangements for us and they were super sweet and helpful the whole time we were there. The bathroom is a little small, but do not let that be the deciding factor on staying here. The beds are mattresses on a platform, that is what the sliding reviews are referring to. They were not hard to keep on that platform. The sheets fit fine and the beds are so comfortable! I don't understand all of the bad things people are leaving regarding the Guest Inn. Our room was clean, comfortable and my family loved it. There was a nice microwave and refrigerator in our room. There is no breakfast, but there is a McDonald's directly across the parking lot and a Golden Corral as well. The pool was just as nice as everything else. I honestly would stay here every time we visit. You can not beat the affordability of this place, the prices are great and so is everything else.

The location is perfect. So close to good restaurants, only about 2-5 minutes away from the island at pigeon forge, all the shops, go karts, putt putt and everything. About 25 minute drive to gatlinburg and about 10 to the wax museum, titanic museum and that area of pigeon forge. Workers were very nice

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but not super nice. The tub didn't have a stopper to give our daughter a bath, the knob to turn the water on was kind of stiff and hard to move. Hairdryer didn't work, tv remote didn't work well. Would click to change the channel or the volume and it wouldn't work the first couple times. You'd have to repeat it over and over before the tv actually did what you wanted it too

Always friendly receptionist - she is very helpful. We had a room with family above us that had several children making some noise. She instantly told us we could change rooms and helped us move to new room. We have been here twice in the last month and so glad we found this motel. It's close to all attractions and restaurants. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Always clean rooms. We will go back again soon. Love the mountains and Guest Inn.

The location was great with less noise than when staying right on the parkway. We loved the family running the hotel! Super friendly and helpful! Beautiful exterior! Bed was comfortable and we slept well. King bed room was a good size. Liked the window seat! Air unit was quiet!

Bathroom floor was dirty and sheets were old and wouldn’t stay on the bed due to stretched out elastic. Carpet needs to be replaced…..stained and damp to the touch.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and the parking area was well lined and paved. The rooms were very nice with very comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family in the rooms. The rooms were very sound proof and heard none of the outside noises. The hotel is within walking distance to a McDonald’s and a Golden Coral buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only part I would change is the bathroom. The toilet and shower were in one room together and was a little snug. The shower was very roomy, but when you got out, it was small. But, if that is it, I really can’t complain too much.

The hotel was pretty good overall. The room was clean and the parking was ample. We arrived late after driving 700 miles, and the late check-in went smoothly. The front desk is available 24/7, which was helpful since we were heading out again at dawn for a hike to Mt. Le Conte Summit — so our stay was brief. They placed a small authorization hold of about $2.00, which I appreciate. Some hotels hold larger amounts and you have to call them to get it released — not the case here. Everything was easy and hassle-free.

It’s hard to say — nothing major stood out. One thing, although likely not the inn’s fault, was that just as we were falling asleep after a 10-hour drive, the fire alarm suddenly went off. It lasted for about 30 seconds to a minute. We jumped up in the dark to get dressed, but then it stopped. Could’ve been a guest accidentally triggering it, maybe mistaking it for a light switch. Also, the noise insulation could be better. It’s not terrible, but if there’s loud noise in the hallway or nearby rooms, you’ll probably hear it.

Location, price, clean and staff was nice and helpful. Sone of the hotel had been updated, and it looked nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and room was comfortable and roomy enough for our couple days in town. We will stay there again.

There was a strong smell coming from some rooms near the elevator on the floor we were on. It smelled like something strong was cooking. The bathroom needed updating. It had been cleaned, however, because of the things needing repaired it appeared to not be clean. Guests in the room above us were stomping and children were running until after midnight when we were trying to go to sleep. The good qualities definitely outweighed the negatives, and we'll stay there again.
