Location was excellent. Good size room. Breakfast was very simple buffet but very good. Coffee from the machine was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was in one of the budget rooms (105). There are very steep steps down into the room once you open the front door. This wasn't an issue for me could easily be a problem for guests. No where on the Booking website or the hotels website was there a warning about this. Also the as my check-in was after 10pm there are no staff on site. The check in went OK but a bit more info on how the check in worked would have been nice

Good location, quiet but near to old town. Very clean. Comfortable bed but uncomfortable large pillow. Good air condition. Fridge in the room.

Very strong smell of detergent in the room that hardly disappeared. Breakfast ok considering the price. No eggs or other warm dishes. However, coffee was very good. Breakfast tables were not cleared and not cleaned after leaving of the guests.

The room was beautiful. Set on a hill so there was a bit of a view and everything was clean marrying modern with the beautiful old stone building. It was a little bit away from the cathedral and train station but I think to it's advantage you aren't so close to the crowds and can walk easily to the sights. It is close to a bus stop if getting the bus from the airport (which does go to the train station) Very easy to follow instructions for me arriving late after the reception desk had closed (after 10pm). Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if I could!

The hotel was in a good location just a short walk from airport bus stop ( Market stop ),beds were super comfy,breakfast was excellent for the price good choice of cereal,cold meats,fruit ,fresh bread pastry etc juices coffee etc. Staff were excellent ,informative and friendly.I would be happy to return.

We arrived Sat after 3pm and it was self check no one on the premisess which we weren't aware of prior to arrival, thankfully one of our party had internet so a message and details came through,had I been traveling alone it would have been a longer ( stressful)process . No staff at hotel after 3pm so luggage must be collected by then or you can leave it in one of their other hotels that have 24hour reception.

The location was amazing, just outside the centre of the old city. The room and the hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was incredible, fresh oranges from an orange tree in the garden, fresh breads, pastries and milk. The staff were so helpful, and it felt so warm and welcoming.

The noise from the windows, other hotel stayers and the plumbing disturbed our son through the night, and there was no safety latch on the window, meaning our son would have been able to get up, open the window and climb out the window to a sheer drop.

The hotel was excellent value for money, it was very comfortable and spotless. Excellent location for our needs.

Unfortunately it's located on a very busy and noisy road, especially first thing in the morning for a bout and hour and our room was near the road. However in saying that we would certainly stay there again and maybe request and different room.

Lots of positives. Efficient reception. Quiet room - no noise from street at all, a little noise from people moving around upstairs and faint toilet flushing but not nearly as bad as some hotels that I have been in. Air conditioning was working well. Decent breakfast. Pleasant area for eating and nice bit to sit outside to eat too. Reception area small but never got crowded. Similarly with breakfast we went around 9 and it was very quiet. Nice not to have a big queue. Liked the location, close to a street with nice bars and restaurants but still very quiet. Good access to historic centre without the noise.

more signages and information to explore the dining area and open gardens. The complementation glasses, water and others were not readily avialable. you had to asked for it. no fridge in room.

Staffs are super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed has a bath tub inside the bathroom which is super nice after completing 115km Camino de Santiago trip. Location is also very convenient, with less than 15 minute walk to the cathedral. Beds are comfy
