The location is ideal. It is right across from train station Interlaken Ost and huge COOP supermarket. It is also 5-10 minute walk to city center of Interlaken. The hotel provides free bus passes if you prefer not to walk. The hotel is huge with over 2500 square feet with 3 huge bedrooms with excellent views of the Alps and 2.5 bathrooms. The hotel is well maintained and clean ! If you don't want to cook there are restaurants with different types of cuisines within a 10 minute walk. It has a huge balcony for whole family to enjoy an outdoor BBQ. It has washer/dryer and all the utensils and cookware and a full kitchen with spacious dining table. There is air conditioning in every room. There is also a large sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The hosts downstairs are all very friendly and courteous. They will go the extra mile for you. Overall you feel like at home but with paradise and luxury all around you. The price is very affordable because it can accommodate up to 8 people. It would be much more expensive to get a regular hotel with 8 people. You will feel safe and sound here. You are right at the train station but it is very quiet and serene.

This my third time at Swiss Hotel Apartments and it's great Apartments with high expectations. I really enjoyed my first two stays with no issue at all.

Swiss Hotel Apartments and is great Apartments with high expectations. However, Apartment # 232 has two major issue. Firstly one of the two toilets smells like sewage. It is horrible and comfortable smell. The second issue is the A/C on the living room is leaking water and it seems like the hotel knows about the issue and placed pockets under the A/C, but this temporary solution is annoying because the sound of the water drops is load and can be heared from the two rooms.

Everything was great .. the team is very cooperative and professional in solving any issue you may have. The managment is working hard to prove that they are the best in the area and with no doubt they are the best indeed .. I will come again whenever I visit this nice place in the future.

Despite few guests who are not following the hotel apartments policy. The managment may consider having a 24/7 hour staff support. Otherwise, the place is amazing! Management and staff are doing marvelous work. Thank you very much for making our stay comfortable.

From the checkin to check out everything was so nice thanks to the front end staff. The apartment was ideally located 2 minutes away from the train station and a huge grocery store. The views were unmatched and the access to everywhere was great. We reached about 2 hours earlier than check in time and dropped our luggage and grocery with them which they set up nicely in our room before our return after exploring the town. They also contacted us for a couple items we forgot in the room.

Only the fact that it was sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay.

Our stay at the Swiss Hotel Apartment Interlaken was exceptionally satisfactory in every way. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The size of our 2-bedroom apartment was amazing, and we truly felt at home. The location was perfect, right next to Interlaken OST and Coop hypermarket. The parking facilities, access, elevators, speed and quality of service, cleanliness of everywhere ,and everything else about the stay were flawless. The safety and support and care provided by the staff and the entire team were perfect. A special thank you and my heartfelt appreciation go to Oscar from the management team. His exceptional hospitality and care truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, Oscar went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He provided valuable advice on local attractions and dining options, always making himself available for any questions or assistance we needed. His genuine concern for our comfort and enjoyment made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Oscar's dedication and professionalism are commendable. Very convenient location, next to train station and grocery shopping! The staff was amazing and very welcoming! Victoriia was extremely helpful, kind and so supportive of our questions. They had fruit waiting for us in the room.

we felt that even though it says hotel it didn’t feel like one. Small things like only one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms, we didn’t have in ours. Bathroom didn’t have any small toiletries one normally has, like tissue box, hand lotion. I would like to say it was the most expensive place we stayed in during our trip and most hotels had breakfast this did not, otherwise i would have given a 5. Nothing wrong with the place overall a great stay. Some things we just are used to. Thank you to the whole staff for our stay!

The greeting at check-in was exceptional and the host was very friendly, and showed us around the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were great and the apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. The gym was well equipped. The apartment was very central and we had a lovely view of the mountains.

I had to ask for the shower toiletries to be replenished as no one checked it even after 2 days.

Spacious and clean

No Aircondtion in all bed rooms and no Aircondtion in the living area except for an afterthought small mobile unit that does nothing when it is hot and you have to leave the door open. it was indicated that the apartment has Aircondtion at booking. Not acceptable specially with the hot summer this year.

Everything was just as what was expected. The mountain- view of the appartment was dreamy . The staff were so friendly. Mr. Askur and the girls at the reception office are charming, smiling, and up to your request. The owner really knows how to choose lovely people .

Every Friday, a group of old people do celebrate just under your balcony from evening to 10 O’Clock . It was just a headache. It is just not appropriate to do so in a small neighborhood.

Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . Also, The Wifi and the overall facilities were great. Lastly , the hospitality of the staff made the experience even better , they were cooperative and helpful. Thank you
