Perfect location, in a quiet and safe part of Rome but still within easy walking distance to all the landmarks, the metro and the train station. Very convenient if you’re picking up a rental car (7 min walk to Avis/Hertz/Europcar on via Sardegna) and you want to head out of Rome with easy access to the SS4. Rooms have all the amenities (except for iron), WiFi, air conditioning (essential for Rome in the summer!), a fridge and coffee machine, and very comfortable beds. Plenty of good restaurants around if you want to stay nearby in the evening. The host and on-site staff were very attentive and helpful both before our arrival and during our visit. The check-in process was easy and on our last day we were able to leave our bags in a secure location for a few hours after checking out before we headed out of Rome. Just note that the term B&B is a bit misleading as the lodgement consists of several rooms in a secured part of a lovely old residential building (i.e. not like a house or small hotel with reception and breakfast room). Not sure how breakfast is organised as we didn’t take that option. We will definitely come back next time we return to Rome.

Everything was great. We were welcomed before the official check-in time and allowed to leave our luggage in the room. The host gave us several good recommendations for dinner places. When they found out it was our wedding anniversary, they left a lovely surprise — a bottle of champagne. The room is very compact, but it has everything you need: a capsule coffee machine with two capsules (regardless of the length of stay), a microwave, two coffee cups, two tea cups, one spoon, a small fridge, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The location is convenient — you can reach all major attractions on foot. The building has a beautiful marble entrance, and the apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. Please note that the city tax of €5 per person per night must be paid in cash.

These are not complaints but suggestions for improving the service: a kettle and a couple of tea bags would be a nice addition, as well as a couple of plates to make better use of the microwave. It would also be helpful to include information about the type of capsules compatible with the coffee machine — there's a nearby supermarket where a pack of 10 capsules costs around €2. Guests could buy them for themselves or have the option to purchase them directly in the apartment.

Room was cleaned every day. Our request were responeded to immidately. It is on good location, few minutes away from Americam embassy with little caffes and restaurants near by. Most of the sights were within walking distance.

The room is small. It is my mistake as the size of the rooms was noted but it looks bigger on pictures and I did not pay enough attention. It seemed expensive for that size but it was within the Roman price range at the time of our arrival. So overall it was good but next time in Rome I would look for something little bit bigger even if I had to pay extra.

Our stay at 2B surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect for galleries and in a lovely quiet and calm neighborhood with great restaurants for locals and reasonable prices and a supermarket , atm and cafe too Rooms were very clean and comfy with a great shower and fresh towels and beds made each day Very helpful staff and very quiet and private. Wonderful traditional apartment lift too 12 mins walk from Rome Termini and access to art galleries , I shall use this as my Rome base from now on. Just the perfect base

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

I recently spent a weekend with two friends at Roma 2B, and I couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with numerous restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk. Rome's city center is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and there are plenty of buses and metro stations nearby as well. Roma 2B is very clean and peaceful. Our room overlooked a courtyard, and we didn't hear a single noise. The hosts are accommodating and even arrange shuttle service from the hotel to your arrival airport. I highly recommend Roma 2B for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome.

Perfect location. Comfortable space. The Host is accommodating& communicative - Host Responds right away. Host is happy to help with accommodations and reservations. Daily cleaning and friendly and kind people. Honestly, loved this space so much! It was perfect! And A/C worked so well! Shower and toilet are separate from sleeping space. The chair and vanity setup were perfect to apply my makeup. I loved the turn style key doors and safe. The shops & restaurants nearby were excellent. This location is easy to access all the sightseeing.

It was very convenient to do the check-in and check-out by discussing with the person on WhatsApp. It was easy to find. Even though the rooms are a bit tight it was perfect for our stay since we didn’t spent a lot of the time inside. It was also very clean and a room service also came once. The area is quit calm and it’s to a walking distance from the center which is nice. It’s also 20min from the main train station that goes directly to the airport.

I wish they reminded us about the room service because we didn’t knew that there was gonna be one and we left all our belongings to the room without thinking that someone was going to come.

The room was conveniently located and priced right. It was secure with a key to the building, the floor, and the room.

There was an extra bed in the room which made it too cramped. The dark walls and curtains made the room too dark for the one window. If we had not met a couple leaving the building, we would not have known that we had to go to the third floor. We arrived within the one-hour window when we said we would arrive, but there was no one there to meet and explain where the room was.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—most of the main sightseeing spots were within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a large window.Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy every day.

The only downside was that the fridge was quite small, which made it a bit difficult to store drinks.

A perfect stay! The guest house is in a fantastic location, with great restaurants and specialty coffee shops nearby, and within walking distance to major highlights. The street is peaceful, so you can even sleep with open windows. The beds are super comfy, and the place is spotless. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Our room was pretty small but a great value for money—perfect if you plan to spend most of your day exploring Rome.
