The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Anna, a lady preparing breakfast. Excellent service, good food and a very pleasant experience overall waking up, being well rested and able to explore Vienna without feeling hungry. Worth noting that it was a mere 20 minute walk to the thick of Vienna which was a great boon for visiting, we still ended up walking entirely, both days easily over 30k in all and it was a great stay and visit in the city. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The car park was a tad on expensive side but felt safe to be able to leave a car in a secure space.

The hotel is very traveller friendly - they allowed us a very early check in that we really appreciated, since we had been travelling since 4 am in the morning. (most hotel would have made us wait until 3 pm) - They let us use the fridge to store some food. The position is perfect if you take the S7 train from the airport, just a 10 mins walk, and the hotel is also walking distance from the city center. The bathroom was modern, the room proper.

If I really have to say something I did not like, then I would say the window in the room was rather small and therefore the room was quite dark.

Location of the hotel is great. Parking garage is really near and nice. It was easy to find and the staff was pleasant to talk to. Hotel interior looks beautiful. Ok ur friends room looked really great.

The room didn't match the rest of the hotel - it was a weird "starry sky, space, peculiar lighting" themed room. We just needed a place to sleep for one night, so it was ok, but you can see the furniture is old and had brown stains, some stains on the bedding and something thet looked like blood stains on the toliet paper.

When we entered the room, its size surprised us...the room was huge! I booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was a great choice. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from.

The annoying element was the toilet, which was dripping water all the time and could be heard even through the closed door. The real problem was the workers who were probably working on the building next door and were drilling with a hammer drill from 6 AM! I would have expected the hotel to at least inform us about this before our visit, because they must have known very well about it.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was nice and quiet and close to some great restaurants. It was also a great location to get around using scooters, and close to a beautiful park with the large Ferris wheel and amusement park perfect for kids. Because it was a 3 star, I went in with relatively low expectations, but reviews said it was clean and it was. It was really great for the price and I would stay there again.

No kettle in the room, but you could get hot water from breakfast room. In my case being on the ground floor this was feasable. Patchy wifi!! even with router just outside our room.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was extremely kind. The rooms were very clean and the downstairs cafe was open until the late night hours, the receptionist made us tea at 11pm. The location is extremely convenient for walking to popular spots in the city and is close to multiple tram and bus stops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, the only thing is we wish there was a fridge in the room. Other than that, highly recommend!

Review of Hotel Urania Vienna Austria mon 18.12.23: Beautiful hotel with themed rooms. Room 33 on the top floor with an inside view. The room was spacious and clean. We didn't have breakfast as we only spent 1 night. Close to a tram 0 and train stop. Daniella at reception is very helpful and friendly with tips for tourists. She guided us to some lovely Xmas markets during our stay. Belvedere tram stop O for a lovely Xmas Market. Stephansplatz train stop red line U1 is located in the old town with an Xmas Market and a lovely local atmosphere. We couldn't book a bus trip online as a tourist to Budapest. We had to book a train with OBB, which was double the price. The other train service option was cheaper but fully booked. The train stops are a little tricky to understand as a tourist. a safe is available
