Honestly, this apartamens was best of the best which I ever was. Very cozy, comfortable, good stereo speakers, cozy bathroom and all 3 rooms with view to the downtown. I event want to go sleep because of the beatiful view to the night downtown. Even my friends noted this apartaments because next time they will book this apartaments. Owner of this apartamens love clients. There was Nespresso coffee machine, tea and a lot of necessary things! By the way, near this apartaments you don’t need to find where to eat, because a lot of hight level bars are nearby! Super!

Only possitive feelings!

The staff is extremely helpful! The administration helped us with driving directions, gave parking advice and answered all other out queations. We lost out key card at night.. around 3:30am on a New Year’s night. The crew man came in 15 minutes and brought us a new key card to our apartment! Thanks to that man and the rest of the crew for all professional work they do. The locations is 10/10. The view is right to the architecture of the beautiful old town. Restaurants all over the area. Rimi store 200 meters away. The apartment is superb clean and the bath is awesome.

No such thing.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in a long time! The location was incredible, right in the heart of the old town. The view from our 5th floor apartment was sensational, lots of big windows that stretched around from one side of the building to the other. The apartment looked very fresh and new, nothing dated or tired. Lovely and clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was amazing too! There was of course a little bit of street noise from the bars and restaurants below, but that is to be expected in the centre of town, and the apartment was actually very insulated against the noise with the windows closed. We booked very last minute, and we had a baby with us, and they provided a cot without me even having to ask. We would definitely stay again!

Nothing - it was fantastic!

I liked absolutely everything! This is how all accommodations should be. Perfectly clean, cozy, beautiful, complementary water, tea, coffee, bath supplies even tooth kit, bed is extra comfortable, view is top! Here you feel yourself appreciated (and I have seen places to compare).

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and in the heart of the old town. The view of St Peter's cathedral from the windows was stunning. Communication with the staff was easy and fast. No kitchen facilities but there is a kettle and a coffee machine, capsules, tea bags etc. Also, there are various cafes, restaurants and bars around. The bathroom was fully equipped with towels, shower gel, conditioner etc and a hair dryer. You can walk to all the main attractions from there.

The sofa bed was not comfortable since the sofa matress was very thin and had a U-shape making it really difficult for an adult to relax. Also, there is some noise from the bars around and from people talking when walking by the building.

OMG! The presidential suite did not disappoint. We soared to the 6th floor and then walked into luxury - throwing open the floor to ceilings windows allowed us breathtaking views into the old town of Riga and what a town! Of all our travels, Riga's beauty stole our hearts. The Redstone Apartments are right in the heart of the old town but we were totally unaware of any noise - it was a breathtaking experience staying here and one that we recommend whole heartedly. It might be worth mentioning that, although this is called an apartment and has a beautiful dining table, there are no cooking facilities available - unless they were in a cupboard that we didn't find.

The location is fantastic. The lady that helped me on the phone to get further check in help was so incredibly nice and helpful.

I think the property manager should send a photo of where the entrance in the welcome instructions…as well as letting people know how to use the door key (in the instructions it says down the hall all the way to the left…when they should just say to hover the key over the door handle area like any hotel) and that you need to insert the key in the actual room on the wall to make the lights and air conditioning work - it is all not intuitive. Proper directions and photos would have been so helpful.

Very nice place, in the middle of Riga’s centre, everything is very close, the room design was so beautiful, very cozy atmosphere, we liked that there was lots or different toiletries for example the toothbrush with toothpaste, netflix was also ready to watch, overall really nice place!

Everything was good, but we thought it would be nice to add bathrobes in the rooms.

Riga is a fabulous city to visit and Redstone Apartments could not have been better situated. It is in the very close to museums, restaurants shops and the tourist information centre. I used Allure tours (right beside the Tourist Information office) to book my trips and found them to be brillant! Redstone Apartments were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I stayed on the 5th floor and had absolutely no problem with street noise. The staff were so lovely helpful and very accommodating. I could leave my luggage until 5pm free of charge. After that there is a charge of €10. I must come back to Riga and stay in these apartments again. 100%

The location could not be better in the Old Town. The building has high architectural quality and the room was tastefully decorated and well insulated from noise coming from the buzzling streets around.

I feel like just a little more attention to detail and cleanliness could elevate this location much more. The entrance to the building and elevator did not have a pleasant smell, there was a hint to food and cheap perfume. The water dispenser near the elevator just looks weird. The room did not smell good either, like some menthol perfume which felt very dated and maybe covering smoke odour. The window frames had some stains as well as the bathroom hardware, the silicon slip at the bottom of the shower was brown. There was a gap in the curtains in the bedroom, some unused hooks leaving a space for light to filter through in the morning. All small details adding up to a lower experience. I was expecting more given the 9.4 score on booking and photos. I expected spotless.
