The room view was excellent. Breakfast was very elaborate. Room was very nice.

Lago di Vista is a beautiful, luxurious hotel set right in the historic centre surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It is perfectly located opposite the lake in front of the ferry terminus and not far from the chair lift. The five star hotel lives up to its name with magnificent panoramic views from their junior suite and from the infinity rooftop bar! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed! A haven in which one can truly relax! The hotel pays a lot of attention to detail both aesthetically and service wise. Nothing was ever too much for any of the staff who were also very friendly, engaging and welcoming! It is like a small family of which you feel part. Breakfast was lovely and held in the restaurant with an abundance of food with quality service! Parking was available at their sister property next door. This was very helpful! We were also most grateful for the valet service and the elevator! It was a most enjoyable stay in Lake Como! Thank you to all at Lago Di Vista!

Everything about the property was perfect!

The location is central in Como, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and just a few minutes' walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The room was equipped with everything you need, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The room was also very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, parking is available, though it comes with an extra cost, which is convenient if you're driving.

The main challenge I encountered was that the hotel parking was difficult to find, and there were no signs indicating the hotel's location. I had to call the hotel for assistance, which was a bit inconvenient. If you're driving, I recommend contacting the hotel for directions in advance

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Como! The luxury interiors and refined details bring reminiscent of grand italian Palazzo. A rooftop bar is a fantastic place where you want to stay all day long. I enjoyed the breakfast experience: a pleasant atmosphere, a wide choice of food, and a super friendly team. The service is unexpected; everything is so good! The hotel staff go above and beyond, and the Butler will introduce you to the best of Lake Como.

Hotel VISTA Lago di Como is absolutely stunning! The views of Lake Como are breathtaking, and the room is beautifully designed with all the luxury touches you could want. The rooftop infinity bar was a highlight, offering an unbeatable place to relax. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway on Lake Como, this hotel is a must. Highly recommend!

The staff were very welcoming and attentive! The hoteL smells beautiful so when you arrive you get the wonderful assault on your senses. The roof top bar is a wonderful setting to enjoy the view with a well chosen beverage! Our room Was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast easy and relaxing

My mistake I didn’t realise there’s no out side space to relax. We made the most of the town amd Took a trip to the local lido to allow a bit of time to relax in the sunshine.

Great boutique hotel. Best location in Como, friendly and helpful staff everywhere, front desk, rooftop restaurant and bar, which by the way has an amazing view. Car Park and Spa services are provided in their sister hotel next door. Outstanding Concierge Service, Ask for Alberto, he will help you to enjoy your trip to the max and make unforgettable memories.

breakfast. Lots of sugary cakes and doughnuts. The americans may like to eat this sort of thing for breakfast, not sure many other nations do. I believe my breakfast choice of some nice fruit and an omelette is a fairly standard breakfast but, whilst the omelette was very nice, the fruit was pretty much an apple with the odd piece of orange thrown in, including pith! (cut up into small chunks). We stayed in a number of hotels during our break in Italy, all of which were lower rating and all of which produced lovely fresh fruit, including various choices of sliced melon, mango, strawberries, kiwi, fresh pineapple... Expected similar of a 5 star hotel - not apples!

This is a very small hotel situated right on the edge of Lake Como. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and greeted us by name. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and arrived to find a complimentary bottle of bubbles and an anniversary cake in our room.

The activities offered by the hotel were prohibitively expensive.

- It is a little expensive - Breakfast didn't had a lot of variety -The receptionist booked us a car to the airport and said it will take 2h to get there. We ended up getting at the airport in 30min and felt overcharged with 280 euros
