The property and the facilities are great and suitable for family and group of friends. The bus stop and the grocery are not far from the property. Easy to go to the beach which is about 5 minutes walk. However the train station, Brighton, is a little bit far. It is quite tough if you walk with the huge luggage from the train station to the property unless you take the bus.

Nice attention to detail to make this a pleasant environment to stay in. Everything as expected and great location for a stay in Brighton.

Couldn't open the window in the bathroom, so it got a bit steamy and the towels provided were on the small side - but would recommend staying here still.

A very clean and well furnished/equipped apartment. The location is also great, and there were supermarkets nearby.

Nothing really, except that the check out time at 11am is a bit too early considering that the check in time is after 4pm.

Great location. Parking available on the same street. Apartment was generally clean and tidy. Had to contact My Getaways about the front door lock and they were quick to respond and get somebody out to fix it.

Asked to pay £300 before going as a security deposit. Lots of scuffs on the floors and walls, nicks out of tables, stains on carpets, en-suite floor was not clean. Front door lock was loose (had been damaged by somebody previous) so we had to contact maintenance to come and fix it. Took pics of everything just incase. Not something that we minded but we didn’t want to be accused of causing any of the damage.

Very central with good access to shops and restaurants. The locals were friendly and helpful.

The lift was broken, which was an unwelcome surprise after 10 hours of traveling

Easy check in process, allowed us to get in a couple of hours early. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and tidy.

Lift still doesn’t work, so I’m glad we only booked the first floor apartment.
