Standard breakfast, we could always find something to eat. You can get to the metro station and mall in ~8 mins by walk, but there are grocery stores and simple restaurants next to the hotel. Our room had a balcony with city view. Pool and spa are available, but we didn't try. There was great fragrance in the hotel, the staff was really helpful.

Our room had a balcony but it was closed at first. But we asked and they opened it for the second day. Our room had a city view and it was a bit loud due to the traffic. But we could enjoy our stay and sleep at night. Spa is available, but it takes 30-40 mins to warm it up (sauna and steam). It's not a problem, we just didn't know about it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is extremely clean, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to accommodate any requests. A special thank you to Hassan, who went above and beyond — always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very comfortable and for the price .. .. a bargain... close to the train and convenient.

The pool is very small so it's impossible to use or relax...so I'd say it's misleading....and as much as the staff was very nice .... they would not accommodate to our needs.. even though they could have. We needed a late check out... since our flights were late at night....and wanted to pay extra to be able to check out at 5:30.....but they would NOT DO IT...... claiming they had no availability BUT when we paid for the full night, we were able to stay in the same rooms. Thanks God for Booking.com... instead of payi g at the front desk, we booked it thru the app and were able to secure a more reasonable price. MAURIN...at the front desk was very charming, diligent and helpful.... she is an amazing customer service rep....

1. The Staff was really helpful and worked to make our trip comfortable. 2. The location was close from all attractions and services especially metro stations and the Mall of Emirates. 3. Cleaning of rooms and room services were premium on daily basis with drinking water supply. 4. Hotel parking was available for our vehicle.

Simple, celan hotel with quiet rooms. Super helpful and kind staff at the reception.

Breakfast is very basic and poor. Though the Mall of Emirates is 5 min walk, and also the skytrain is easily accessible, the area is not so touristic and by taxi due to the traffic it is quite complicated to access. I specially asked for non-interconnected room. At the check in they said I get a normal room. When I entered the room it was interconnected. They immediately provieded a new room, which was a normal one, it's just about customer service.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations for the value for money, the hotel room is very spacious, very clean, staff were amazing. They were very gracious to allow me to checkin early when they had rooms available, location is 5 mins walk from mall of the Emirates and B1 Mall. will be definitely staying there again.

Only one point and it's not for everyone but the Gym is very small and could be improved but again it's not a deal breaker at all

I am extremely thankful to the receptionist, Ms. Mariyum, who understood my requirements and provided the best available room with a balcony. Initially, I had searched for a room with a balcony, but it was unavailable at the time. However, upon reaching the reception, she managed to provide me with the exact room I had envisioned. Additionally, Savindu from housekeeping took excellent care of us during our stay. I would love to stay here again. It was a very peaceful and amazing place, especially for families.

Good new hotel not far from Mall of Emirates. It’s not a tourist’s area, so don’t expect a good views and neighborhood. But stuff and fully new rooms are great

I booked it when prices was around 80$ per night. For this money it’s a good value. But last prices I saw was more than $110 per night - for this prices I’ll recommend to find something better

The location is prime, a few minutes walk from the Mall of the Emirates, so very close to the metro. The room was comfortable and very well-appointed. I can't continue this review without talking about the staff (front desk, restaurant, and room service). They were very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all.

I would suggest the Internet service could have been much better. There were a couple of times in which the connection or the speed not functioning well.

We didn't get a late check out. I guess it's understandable because it's the weekend. We requested to microwave our food, but it's not available. We have to request slippers, only 1 pillow each, which is uncomfortable to sleep in but provided additional when requested and toothpaste something that I expected already all in the room when we came in.
