The hotel is in a great location, quite central to everything. The Interior is very nice and they have a restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good and they also have an outdoor area, doesn't catch the sun but is nice enough. I liked that they don't service your room everyday unless you ask, but housekeeping are often around if you need anything. The breakfast was OK, hot foods if you got there early for them to be hot. Was disappointed that every morning the croissant were very hard, when up at 7am they were lovely and soft. Maybe they could only put a few out at a time. The breakfast staff are very helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of noise In the night time that disturbed sleep, you could hear through walls, doors banging and loud voices. Also, when I arrived the reception asked If I wanted to upgrade as I had booked a single room. I said no and then he told me that he has upgraded me anyway as there are no single rooms. Even though there was water provided in the room, the still water was still fizzy. The bathroom maybe needs some kind of handrail for towels near the sink as the space is quite small. The room could do with more storage for clothes, there was just a closet. No draws. There seemed to be a lot at breakfast but just not to my liking. The staff at reception could be a little more friendlier, they seemed quite a young bunch- student type.

Everything was great during our stay. Room was clean, heating easy to use, big king size beds. The receptionist even went to get my wife an orthopaedic pillow. The breakfasts were fab, much better than I expected, with lots of choice, from cooked sausages/eggs/bacon to waffles to fruit. And just a short walk from both old town and Jewish quarter. They even let us check out at 2pm for no extra charge. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Everthing was ok, only thing I or we noticed was the receptionists only one male receptionist was smiling and giving eye contact when you come in the hotel or stepping out of the elevator - mostly the ladies are just sooo focus on the computer screen - I don’t think it’s work related what they are looking because they are smiling at the screen not sure maybe watching something- receptionists should be more graceful - not like a robot - but when you approach to ask question they are fine - maybe I am just comparing the receptionists from recent trip to Asian countries - they greet you with a smile as soon as they see you come it and out of the hotel - that’s all

Receptionist should improve their costumer service gestures or practices , because it gives the guests an unwelcome impression Remember even if you are the prettiest if you don’t smile, you are not pretty just saying!

The location is great, walking distance from city centre and wawel castle is around the corner. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was nice.

My second stay here but I feel like they dropped the ball a little on this one. The Personnel could be a bit more welcoming in general, every time you enter or exit the hotel they don't say anything. During check-in I asked about my parking reservation and they didn't know and gave me 1 day of parking, I had to park 5 minutes away for quite a lot of money! 120 euros for 4 days.

It had beautiful decor and was spotlessly clean and smelled like a spa when entering the lobby. The beds were huge and super comfy. Literally everything we needed was in our room, including fresh bottles of water replenished each time our room was serviced.

We arrived just after 11pm to find the bar already closed so no option for us to have a nightcap before bed. Also, it mentions toiletries are provided but no separate hair conditioner so best to bring some if you really need it.

This hotel was in walking distance of the Jewish Quarter, the castle and the old town. It is right opposite a lovely park - we walked through here to get to the old town, but you can walk around the park if it is very dark and you don't want to walk through it. There is a small supermarket about a 5 min walk away - similar to Lidl. The outside patio was a nice place to chill in the evening, we met some lovely people out there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The lifts were slightly dodgy with the noises they made, but we would 100% stay here again.

Two small things... One - The base of the umbrellas outside are the same colour as the flagstones. During our stay we saw a number of people trip over the raised base. It would be a good idea to put some hazard or bright tape around the edges. Two - The air con panel kept flashing during the night, it was very bright and annoying. It resulted in us stacking our suitcase on top of the chair to cover it. Reception said they were aware of the issue, however there was no one available over the weekend to fix it, which was fair enough.

Hotel great location. Great bar. Very homely and comfy but small and only 1 member of staff serving if busy but they were great. The bar had snacks, light meals and coffee etc. Our room was on the small side but very comfortable as the bed was massive. The shower was very sensitive when the temperature could be very hot and cold but generally very good when you worked it out. The only issue was the room was very warm and we had to put the air conditioning on, I suppose it was Feb 😂. Great location only 10 minute walk to the start of most interesting points of the city. We walked to the Old town, Jewish quarter, Jewish ghetto and more. We even walked to pick up points for Auschwitz and the train station to get to the Salt Mines is a 15 minute walk. Great coffee shops and restaurants all around. You just need to look for them a bit harder in Krakow. Great place, great hotel.

Very poor communication by staff we arrived early and were informed to take a seat at the bar and they would check if the room was ready. After a long wait we were informed the room was ready but there was an early check in charge. The room was beautiful, Cups in room were not cleaned. When I enquired at reception what was I to do with the cups each day, wash them in the sink, the receptionist replied "thats a good question " No replenishment of coffee pods or milk each day. Room floor not hoovered. A lot of noise in the room from passing traffic At breakfast no one communicated how breakfast service worked . Beautiful room. Amazing location No gluten free section at breakfast

This hotel is very well located for access to Krakow Old Town. Our room wasn't particularly spacious but we got by ok anyway with the two of us and our two big suitcases. Very clean and well appointed, well stocked in terms of the tea/coffee making facilities. Smooth efficient check in and very helpful staff. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant in the lobby which produced a delicious meal the night we ate there. Very walkable. The appearance of the hotel was also quite attractive, it had character and was not a bland chain hotel. We very much enjoyed staying here and would choose this hotel again if we returned to Krakow.

Nothing we didn't like, all good.

Really lovely hotel!!! 2nd time stay. most staff will go above and beyond to help book ur excursion and get u a complimentary packed lunch for ur early trips away. rooms are lovely. Cleaners are amazing. Room was immaculate. Asked for more pillows and wasn't a problem. coctails were lovely. Como I think it was called was gorgeous!! loved the deluxe rooms with a bath. much bigger room and complimentary prosecco.

Reception told us the bar didn't open till 1.30pm but luckily a staff member saw us sitting there and we're happy to serve us a drink. 1.30pm is very late for a hotel! The bar closes at 11pm which is really early if ud love a few drinks after a long day. Having said that, I understand they won't want any added noise for customers sleeping etc. But even till 12 as the vibe in the bar was great and being on holiday would have been nice to drink on abit. Breakfast was ok. more good fresh fruit rather then tinned would be lovely and better fresh croissants. the fresh fruit juice from the machines were awful! tv in the rooms....I found 2 channels that were English and it was the news!! couldn't even watch a movie.
