I had an amazing stay at the Minaret Apartments in Chania. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions and hidden gems. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything needed. The service was top-notch, and I really appreciated the variety in the breakfast offerings; each morning was something new and delicious. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania

The location is amazing. Corner coffee shop (monogram roasters) 2 minutes away, tattoo shop (giafka tattoo studio 33) across street, restaurant (ēstro) mid block, corner shop (fresco market) on the opposite end of the street. It is minutes away from the bay of Old Town Chania. The patios are lovely, especially the one looking over the cafe below. The minaret is undergoing preservation, but it is beautiful. The flat is spacious, clean and the furniture comfortable. Bedding is sumptuous, and I slept the best I have in a long while on travel. This is my 3rd and best stay in Chania. Thank you!!

IF we had a car and tons of luggage, I MIGHT have disliked the off site parking. But the directions and maps were so helpful for that that I do not think so. It's been a fantastic stay!!

Great location if you want to experience Chania Old Town. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. It has a small balcony with a view to the minaret, and a small terrace at the back of the building .The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. Even if it is located in a pedestrian street that during the night can get busy, but the noise doesn't disturbed us, the apartment is well sound isolated. It is quite difficult to park near the hotel (on the street), so if you have a car take that into consideration.

Very kind hosts (Katia and Konstantina), who did everything to make us feel welcome and even helped us trying to get our luggage, which was (very) delayed as it never arrived while we were in Crete. We only managed to get it back when we were already in Lisbon, more than one month after our flight! We loved the very convenient location, on a lovely street where locals also go, with lots of restaurants and nightlife. Still, we always slept very well and didn't hear any noise as the rooms are very well acoustically isolated from the outside. The room and particularly the bed was very comfortable and every day it was clean and tidy.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Nice large shower and plenty of toiletries were provided. Everything we needed was there. Great location with bars, restaurants, attractions and beaches all a short walk away. The host was very helpful and friendly. We arrived by car and were given good instructions about where to park for free which was really helpful.

The property was a new modern serviced apartment in a perfect location in Chania. The room itself was very clean, well-kept and spacious, and had a large shower, balcony and added amenities (no kitchen) that were very useful for our stay. Add to this some very pleasant staff and a neighbourhood bustling with great restaurants, shops and sights, and it was perfect for us!

The safe was quite small and will not fit much at all. Laptops, digital cameras etc. will not fit. Something to consider.

Friendly staff showed us to our rooms, which were attractive, spacious and well appointed with views of street and minaret from the balconies. Set in the historic centre of Chania, the apartment is close to the harbour and a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. The newly sited Archaeological Museum is a must, although it is now a bit of a trek to get there!

Nothing to do with the apartment, but we were disappointed to see that the ongoing "refurbishment" of the historic market would result in a level of modernisation which would make it unlikely that any of the traditional traders would ever be able to return, and its historic character would be lost for ever.

The place was amazing... my friend and I definitley enjoyed our experience. I cannot explain how good the location is... our tour meeting points were just a walkable distance away, there were lots of good restaurants around us and old town square was also close by.. rooms were nice and perfectly noise insulated. It was our favourite hotel during our 10 day stay in greece. The breakfast that we had was really good as well.

One little issue during our stay was that reception was not available during later hours. As we had to go on our tours early in the morning and come back 6 or 7ish Ish, the only way to contact reception was through email and we couldn't call as we would be charged

The staff accommodated our every need and query with delightful personable professionalism. The location is minutes from everything; the street is not a busy thoroughfare. Activity picks up in the evenings at the tavernas at the end of the street but this not does affect the area where the Minaret Suites are. A toney bar is next door and preserves a quiet sophisticated atmosphere. A big excellent shower and beds were perfect!

This is probably the only drawback with the Minaret. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door and starts late at 8.30 a.m. Although it would be difficult to do a buffet, no choice was announced and we were served on a 3-tier cake plate a mix of items not acceptable to us. Eggs came fried without a choice. We ventured to make requests and were served appropriately but it would have been nice to know in advance that this option was available.

Very helpful and friendly receptionists, they gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Loved the little touches of welcoming and departing gifts. Very central location, you’re on a road with great eats and vibes.

If you’re driving parking can be but if a nightmare. You’d need to park 10min walk away to be guaranteed a spot. The road they suggest to park is always busy and packed out.
