We had a wonderful stay at Appart Hôtel Clément Ader, right in the heart of vibrant and family-friendly Toulouse. The location is excellent — all major sights are within walking distance, even with young children. There are plenty of shops nearby, and a supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. Despite being in the middle of the city, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet and peaceful — something we really appreciated after a busy day in town. The hotel offers its own underground parking garage, which, by city standards, is just spacious enough to park comfortably. After a long day exploring the city, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. For our kids, it quickly became the highlight of each day. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, including a small kitchen. The children slept on a large sofa bed, while we had a separate bedroom with comfortable beds. One minor downside was the shower in the bathtub — at 1.85 meters tall, I couldn't stand upright underneath it. Breakfast included all the standard items you'd expect, but given the relatively high price, we found it a bit expensive for what was offered. A small suggestion for improvement: adding some bacon to the selection would be a welcome touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and the city. We can warmly recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxed and central stay in Toulouse!

Shower, Breakfest

Location and size and the upgrade was welcome.

Breakfast was poor. We do not like the offer of cheap breakfast if you sign up before eating it?? Usually a sign of a poor offer. We have been travelling for 2.5 months around Europe (not always in hotels) and have a good idea of the offer from hotels. Not great fans of air conditioning but as the bedroom windows were out of reach it seemed to be the only way to get fresher air into the sleeping area. The doors into the building after reception closed were left open on our first night. It seemed a security risk but reception did not seem to agree when we reported it the next morning. Many different people can come through the outside door and have access to the Clement Ader accommodation. With all that specs it would be good to have a separate shower rather than go over the bath.

The apartment was great for a couple but would have too cramped for 4 people. We are at that age when a coming back to a comfy sofa after being out all day is a must. Excellent location - mins from the train station and easy access to Victor Hugo market and lots of pubs and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day and towels and tea towels were replaced every day. The bed was also made up every day which was not expected. Left a tip. I would stay here again.

The pots and pans were in a bad state and when we took them to reception they were replaced. They had no wine glasses and you could only get a glass if you purchased a glass of wine. The Apartment was suppose to be for 4 people but if people slept on the sofa bed - they would be interrupted by people walking through the room at. Night to go to the toilet

We stayed in a studio apartment as a couple. It was big enough for two with a well equipped kitchenette, comfy bed, large bathroom and cleaned daily. We had a balcony that looked out on to the pool area. The pool was an added bonus in a city centre apartment especially as it was very warm when we visited. The staff were friendly. The location is brilliant with a few minutes walk to the bus station and the train station. Just a short walk takes you to the centre of the city where you will find plenty of places to eat, drink, shop and visit. We will definitely return.

We did have a problem with our safe which wasn't fixed until near the end of our stay (4 nights stay fixed on 4th night) but this was not a big problem for us and we were able to carry our passports and valuables in our shoulder bags.

Nice room, good size, bathroom very good. Very good location 10 minutes flat walk to the train station, and similar walk to the old town. Overall a nice hotel but with an unfriendly attitude from management, day to day staff were fine.

It was annoying to get an email from the property the day before detailing the extra charges for entry to the room prior to 3pm. As we were arriving in Toulouse by plane that morning from another country it made our entry to the hotel room more problematic. These were charges not known at the time of booking. Of course I don’t expect entry to a room if it’s not ready but client friendly hotels generally give early entry if a room is ready, without extra charge. I thought this approach, and its timing, was not really client friendly. If I had known prior to the day before, when the free cancellation period had ended, I would have selected an alternative hotel when booking.

Location. Almost everything in the neighborhood, including supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals, gyms, and downtown. The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The room has enough space to spend some time relaxing, and the kitchen has the basic needs. The pool and gym are very enjoyable.

Charming apartment hotel with stylish decor. Lovely heated pool and spa area. Comfortable bed and sitting room area with pleasant balcony. Well appointed kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Well located near train station and local amenities, although was quiet inside the building and communal areas, no noise from traffic.

Would have liked option of air conditioning, although we were there in mid October and this was, perhaps understandably, not an option at this time. Was 26 degrees, though and was hot for us. Desk manager located a fan for us that helped make our stay more comfortable.

Great communal space and apartment with balcony nice. Central location. Best coffee in cafe across street. Pool area bonus. Staff very friendly.

Having to ask for toilet roll at reception. Would have been good to have cabinet at night in case of issues. Didn't realise room only cleaned every 3 days but I think that's down to me not reading small print. Would have liked a toilet with a sink. But it was good that it was separate from the shower.

Excellent location, easily walkable to city heart of the city and close to coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable with a small balcony, great for relaxing in the evening after a long day. Another important asset is that this property has underground parking.

We were not aware that Room Service was only after a 3 night stay.

Comfortable, clean, quite apartment. Very good location - in walking distance to alsmost all attractions. Very comfortable bed.

Frying pan was not good (tefflon with scratches). To say the truth we didnt ask to replace it. So it might not be an issue. There is a sauna within the property, but the space outside the sauna is not heated (we stayed in December), so it becomes impossible to use it in two -three sessions or every time between the sessions your should run to your room (on another floor). The swimming pool is closed during winter time.
