Location: The hotel is strategically located within the Old Quarters and 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel: Tastefully decorated and very clean Staffs: All their staff are polite, attentive and helpful. Especially Ms. Ruby. She has been very helpful with arranging restaurants, local drivers and planninh our visits to local attractions. We received better service in this hotel than any other 5 star hotels in Hanoi! Food: Love their daily breakfast spread at their rooftop restaurant. They also have a very scenic rooftop bar! Perfect for sunset & night views

Some rooms with balcony can be a little noisy during busy times but i slept through the night perfectly

La Siesta Premium Hang Be is ideally located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of major sights. The hotel is beautifully designed throughout—from the lobby and spa to the rooms, restaurant, and rooftop. My room included a handy niche for luggage and shopping bags. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Quan and Erika. The hotel provides a helpful local guide and assisted with booking tickets for the water puppet show. A major highlight was the spa—professional, attentive, and a key reason I chose this hotel.

Although the bathroom was small, it was thoughtfully laid out and remained functional.

Amazing property! Exceptional value! Great location. We were truly pleasantly surprised. The decor is high-end and tasteful, beautiful rooftop bar with live entertainment drinks and music. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and the white stuff do enough to assist. It’s an oasis! You step outside and you’re literally two blocks from the lake and the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The front desk staff was exceptional! Lam was in touch with us before we checked in and even bought the water puppet show tickets for us. His colleague and he took their time at the front desk to consult, answer questions, and even called the other hotel we were checking into Tam Coc to confirm our reservations. We can’t overstate how amazing the staff here is. Definitely next time we come to Hanoi this will be a place we stay. The spa was also incredible! We had multiple massages throughout our stay, and an incredible facial. Would’ve loved to have taken home our masseuse. Lol

As soon as we entered the hotel we were warmly greeted and provided with a welcome drink before being shown to our room. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfy. The breakfast was fabulous and my friend ( who is a real foodie) said the pho was the best she had tasted . You know when you are being provided with quality service when you don't even notice that you coffee/tea has been topped up. On our second day the staff knew who we were, what room we were in and our drinks preferences. The skybar is lovely even when it is raining. I highly recommend this hotel and the location is great as in Old Quarter.

I had a wonderfull time staying at La Siesta thanks to the greatest hospitality of Ms Ngan Phan. Smooth check-in, with a nice welcome drink and snacks. Ms Ngan Phan made my stay at this hotel very pleasant. She was very proactive and reactive when I needed some assistance with booking taxis, even on last minutes and for long distance. As a regular traveler, it was a service quality of a 5 stars hotel. The hotel itself is very well located, the room was quiet and I really enjoyed the all black design. All the amenities you need, with a very nice spa located inside the hotel. I will definitely come back.

From the hand written personalised welcome note to the clean, comfortable and modern room, La Siesta Premium didn’t dissapoint. Central as central can be, this hotel has set standards only boutique hotels can set. We arrived by a chartered bus from Sapa and the manager was already waiting on the main road with a baggage trolley to guide us into the side street where the hotel was. Welcome formalities aside - we loved the modern ambiance and nice vibes here. Staff were professional and spoke English well. Breakfast was good. There are vegetarian options cooked on the spot for you with noodles or rice apart from the breakfast buffet. Hotel runs well and most importantly the room was in top notch condition and maintenance free. Like there was nothing wrong - no leaking taps, no mould anywhere, no scuff marks, no dust. Literally a brand new room and that to me made this a 5 star stay! We liked it so much here that we decided to deposit our bags at the hotel for our 1 night cruise to Ha Long Bay and return back to this hotel!

I had a truly wonderful stay at La Siesta Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is beautifully designed and tastefully furnished, with an excellent location right in the heart of the city. The restaurant on the top floor is stunning, and the sky bar offers a breathtaking view over Hanoi. The food was delicious, including a fantastic breakfast, and the staff was attentive and kind. Every detail was curated with care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi — I had a very, very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Hoan Kiem Lake. Its right smack in the Old Quarters and there are plenty of food and shops as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and polite, especially Ruby. She was so helpful prior to our arrival and continued to assist us ven after we have departed from the hotel. She went above and beyond by arranging for our drivers in another city and liaising with the local driver in Sapa at wee hours of the morning! The other staffs, especially those on duty during breakfast was very friendly and attentive. Took time to speak with guests and gave very useful recommendations on where to eat and explore. Oh, the hotel also have a very nice rooftop bar/deck. Sunset from the rooftop was beautiful! Its my second time staying at this hotel, and i will certainly choose it again if i return to Hanoi.

The only downside is that the noise from the streets during the day can be a little annoying if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever!

The property lived up to expectations based on the photos/information provided online, but for us, what made it exceptional were the wonderful staff. I don't think I've experienced such friendly, dedicated staff that were happy to do their utmost to ensure our stay was wonderful. Every single one of them. Stand outs for us, based on our personal experience were: Thu Le, Sales Executive who assisted with all my questions before our arrival; Lam Dinh, our first point of contact at the front desk on arrival, who assisted with any local information we required; Phuc at Cloud Nine Restaurant who was happy to share his knowledge of the beautiful cuisine on offer.

Based on our experience there was nothing we disliked.

La Siesta is a perfect 10 to our family. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the Old Quarters. Its very personalized service to their guests and cleanliness of the rooms are very impressive. A special mention to Mr. Quan, their hotel manager who guided us in in finding the most authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. All his staff are all so nice and helpful. Will definitely refer them to friends. Special thanks too for setting up a beautiful arrangement in our room for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We are truly touched. They truly exceeded our expectations!!
