Beautiful and spacious, cool in the heat and nice garden area. Beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was modern and shower powerful enough. WiFi was fast enough to stream movies. We found the location perfect, short walk to the centre with plenty of cafes and small supermarket nearby. There is a tram stop 2 mins away that goes to the main train station. A taxi was convenient and only €16.

There was a washing machine and dryer downstairs that was not mentioned when we checked in. Would have been useful to know and have some clean clothes. Knocked a point off for that but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Really liked this accommodation. Very clean and all the facilities seemed very new. Great location too. This was my first time in Strasbourg and the staff provided plenty of information and recommendations for things to do, places to eat, Christmas market locations.

Just a couple blocks away from the Strasbourg Christmas Market & also across the street from a post office!! We had to mail 18lbs of Christmas market stuff home to the US before leaving for our nxt country. Probably about a 20-22min walk to the main train station. Lovely room, very clean. Easy entrance on arrival & we arrived around 8p - so we didn’t meet anyone, the key was left for us in the lockbox. I only have 1 pic. I took a video of our room instead of pics.

I give the property a 9 ONLY because they asked us 2 or 3 times what time we planned to checkout!!! So distasteful! & checkout is @ 11a.

Amazing property, very centrally located, everything was walking distance, even with kids. The Christmas market, the town centre - all walking distance. The room was spacious and amazing to look at, very dramatic. It had a well-equipped kichenette which made things easy. Elsa and Neslihan were amazing hosts.

Very few shops around, so plan well to stock your groceries or snacks. Wish they had a small cafe or pantry offering basic stuff atleast, coz it got a bit challenging on Christmas Day. Oh and they dont have an elevator, so all the best with the luggage.

Our family was only in Strasbourg for 2 nights and wanted a “home base” with more space than a hotel room. Le Moon was an amazing find, very unique, had everything we needed for a short stay and was a great experience overall. The communication prior to our stay was wonderful and we were thrilled to be able to check-in early at the reception desk. The check-in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. We loved the location-we were able to walk to local attractions, a grocery store and restaurants, we felt safe, and it was very quiet for sleeping. The apartment was very clean and having two separate sleeping areas worked well for our family as we were traveling with our 17 year-old son. The bathroom had a spa-like feel and the shower and provided toiletries were great! As an added benefit, the ability to use the washer and dryer in the building was very convenient as we were in the middle of a 2 week trip. It took a bit of time to dry our clothes but I am guessing that is typical for the area and we were happy to wait for our laundry while we relaxed in the apartment-style room. Thank you to Le Moon for an unforgettable experience!

Our drain did not drain well until my husband removed the drain cover.

The property was very stylish and spotlessly clean. Arriving late on Sunday, the access system for out of hours (door code and key safe inside) worked seamlessly. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the bathroom lovely. The property was well located to walk into central Strasbourg. Finally, we were able to leave our luggage in a secure basement store and access a toilet after checking out and before transferring to the airport later in the day.

The rooms are to a high standard and the the whole building is well decorated and maintained. The garden is also a lovely space.

The air-conditioning unit made a constant high-pitched noise that was annoying (and sounded louder at night when everywhere else is quieter) It was a shame as it was disturbing.

Large room, we were lucky to have a small balcony, and clever design in creating a bathroom and kitchenette within the high ceilinged space. Picking up keys and drop off worked perfectly, there’s also lockers you can store luggage after check out. Also walking distance from attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Two well equipped and nicely decorated high ceiling spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large seating area. Practical, small kitchenette with required gadgets. Large bathroom with modern amenities. Quite, safe and excellent location within walking distance of the main central area, metro station, restaurants and shopping. Laundry facilities in the basement. Small garden at the back was lovely. Hosts were very helpful and prompt with replies.

The property was beautifully designed and maintained. The staff helpfully allowed us to drop our luggage prior to check-in time.

As a Heritage building, there is only stair access (keep in mind for heavy luggage, they wont offer to help). The location is quite removed from many of the attractions you would wish to see in Strasbourg (roughly 15-20mins walk). The accomodation is established more as serviced apartments and the customer service should align with this expectation.
