I liked EVERYTHING! Staying here was absolute BLISS!! I chose this place for its perfect location right next to the centre of Paihia township. The restaurants and shops are literally 50 metres away and I loved that. It also offered comfort, luxury and peace/quiet which is what I wanted. I loved the bath tub, extra large bath towels, and complimentary bathrobes. The king sized bed and mountain of pillows was lux especially when I didn't have to share them. The heated pool was literally on my doorstep and it was so nice to take a quick late-winter dip. It was also great to have allocated parking in the basement carpark and the security measures to get into the parking structure and into/out of the building and security gates was easy. I really appreciated the extra level of security. It made me feel safe. Staff were very responsive and easy to contact; from the booking process to locating the hotel and finding my afterhours check in pack/envelope it was just so easy. Thank you. I had a great stay and will stay again. I highly recommend this venue.

Got told I had to provide ID and a Bond As I didn't have to do that the first time we stayed there I also told him that at the time aswell had all my dets said that was policy(no bond handed over which was cool and saved me from losing my cool) Didn't like the way reception person welcomed me as I walked through the entrance towards the counter Felt to me like he had already judged me because of my appearance hence the ID n bond stuff

Location - central to Paihia waterfront, cafes, ferry, supermarket. Suite very clean; good sized for couple; everything we needed. Self-reliant.

We DID enjoy our stay. The following are little suggestions for making it perfect! Pool directly outside suite so initially thought it would be noisy & not private but post Cyclone Gabrielle, accommodation wasn't fully booked & not many people used the pool late afternoon / evening so wasn't a problem. Weren't able to use outside chairs in afternoon as directly in sun. Despite size of bathroom, very basic - no cabinet to put toiletries; shower curtain instead of screen; not enough rails to hang towels, etc. Bedroom & lounge could have done with ceiling fans as perfect weather for not using air con. Lounge chairs really low, hard to get ot of!

The room was beautiful and location amazing. I loved the personalized note on the coffee table and small makana treat for two lovely soaps and hand cream

The frosted window in the lounge didn't block out the light in the court yard outside. When we went to bed, light from the court yard streamed in so it was quite bright in the bedroom. We had to close the sliding door to the room which felt a little claustrophobic with it was closed. Would've been better if there was a black out curtain across the window to block out the light from the courtyard, so you could sleep with the large divider door open.

Fantastic location and really good space to relax and spread out with a beautiful view. Quite stunning really. Ensuites were useful, kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shops and ferry. Car parking under building.

Slightly tired interior, no instructions for recycling, had to wait ages to get into car park as no-one on reception. TV missing in 2nd bedroom, busy road just outside window.

Everything was perfect for our stay, we managed to find a room after such short notice. I love how conveniently close it is to town. You can leave your car parked up and walk everywhere!! The room and space was amazing we couldn't stop smiling. Best Anniversary getaway! Thankyou for hosting myself & my whānau, we will definitely be back!

Superb place to stay. We stayed at average Motel in Kerikeri that we decided to cancel the second night and spend the remaining time at Paihia Heritage instead. So clean, comfortable. I did like the note and the little chocolates that were left.

Service could have a bit more warmth to it.

Beautiful large apartment with everything you needed for the stay. Excellent location right next to the marina & town. Clean & well maintained.

Beds were really springy which meant disturbed sleep when either of us turned over & was uncomfortable. Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom - could have done with another.

The location is excellent, the stay is very comfortable, and it's very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, and there is a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, and other beverages every day.

The water pressure in the shower is very low, and it doesn't feel sufficient when taking a bath.

Lots Children jumping in the small pool and parents not watching them at all and out space by the pool which was our room area was taken up by the people at the pool and we couldn’t use our space we paid for
