Our room in this hotel turned out to be a 2 room suite with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a small table and chair set. I traveled with one of my friends, and we had plenty of room to spread out without crowding each other. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there, but upon check in the room was very clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and varied by the day. We only had to walk about 10 minutes to be to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and the green line WEGO bus stop. It was a very quiet area with a nice convenience store on the corner. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

No cons worth mentioning.

The breakfast had great variety and was pretty decent. Overall an 8/10.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower head a bit more practical, but it still isn't a dealbreaker.

Elevators were quick. We were close to everything

Parking lot was falling apart.

Great location , quiet area but less than 10 min walk from the touristic street at Clifton hills. The rooms we stayed were huge , very clean and comfortable! All the personnel we met were extremely helpful , friendly and polite ! Breakfasts variety needs improvement but other than that everything was great ! The lobby area is very nice and they offer welcome cookie and nice coffee / tea throughout the day ! Overall we had a very nice experience while travelling with two young kings ! Definitely I would recommend or go there again in the future ! Reasonable priced and value for money

I liked the room, pool and the breakfast room - breakfast was very tasty.

There was no glass or something in the bathroom to rinse after teeth brushing.

It states online that they offer a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, but it's actually a HOT BREAKFAST which was awesome, a very nice surprise and great food and selection! The room with a hot tub and king size bed was perfect, so comfortable and extremely clean, we were very impressed! The location was great too, close to the falls and all of the attractions. We came to see the Festival of Lights and go up to the Skylon Tower which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The only thing that I did not like was that the microwave was dirty with food stuck on the walls and smelled really bad, but it was not a big deal because we did not need to use it! I think it was just missed by housekeeping because everything else was spotless!

Overall the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the fresh cookies and coffee always available in the lobby. The breakfast had a great variety for everyone and was stocked with hot and cold foods. Finally the location was perfect. Very close to everything you needed and wanted in Niagara Falls. Overall for the price this hotel should be on your list.

Two complaints: 1. The pool is very dated and that makes the water look a little green. Also it looks like they filed in the hot tub in the pictures. It was disappointing. 2. The beds are rock hard and horrible to sleep in. Perhaps some rooms have better, upgraded beds, but our room was bad. Based solely on the beds I might not go back to this hotel. If prices were equal I would shop around. You need a goods night sleep after a long day and unfortunately we did not get that.

It was a wonderful experience. My wife and I had a blast. The pool was great, the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The service was also wonderful to. Everything that we needed was within minutes of driving with bus service near by.

I wish there were microwaves in each room instead of the main lobby. Also, it would of been nice to include the price of parking with the bill instead of paying separate. Also, it would of been nice if breakfast times were extended by an hour so we can wake up late and eat breakfast.

The building looks nice from the outside was very good on the inside. Location was excellent. Lots of parking. I liked that there were many pillows in our room. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was low in variety. The scrambled eggs were lacking in flavor. A full length mirror would really help in the main room where we stayed. Also, the room was boring. All white walls might be the most boring room, I’ve stayed in in the last three months out of seven different hotels travelling across Canada. That could be more comfortable my hip hurt, and I had to flip over through the night constantly to the other side of my hip. TV was small and reception was poor on it. On Booking.com, I booked a Riverview room when I arrived. I received a parking lot of view room was not impressed at all.

The breakfast was incredible, one of the best I've had and the breakfast area was quite nice itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Check in staff was accomodating and front desk person in the evening, a gentleman whose name I don't' recall, but his tag said he was from Bosnia and Herzegovina, was quite pleasant as well.

Bathroom upkeep left a little to be desired. View from window was also just of the parking lot, so not an exciting sight, but the point is to be out and about not in your hotel room all night. Outdoor card reader for side entrance was odd, didn't work quite right, and strangely had water leaking in it, making one of my cards very wet.
