Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Most places were walking distance, and the section of beach across the street was well maintained. The room was plently big enough for my group of 5. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My kids loved the pool, and the view of ferris wheel from pool deck was nice.

There were no kitchen utensils or cookware. Wasn't expecting to have to bring/buy a pan when booking a room with a full kitchen. I may have missed that detail in the description when booking, but I was not prepared when I would have been otherwise. Most channels on the TV did not work. Recommend bringing your own streaming service.

When finding cheap motels you should have the understanding that you pay for what you get! This is a great location, tons of food, shopping and activities within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk take less than 5 mins to walk to. The convenience of everything nearby meant we didn't need to drive and find parking everywhere. The motel is old but mostly clean and the staff is friendly. You can't help what guests also book here. When you book low cost you also get some low life guests sharing the area with you. It's not the hotels fault it's the demographic for the price you are willing to save by booking here. We ENJOYED our stay with Beach Carousel. It was a great savings to spend elsewhere on our vacation while still having a place to come back to shower and rest for the night before our next day of adventure. We never saw any bugs or mold. We weren't actively trying to look for things. If you want to nut pick this place you definitely will find things because it's older and meant to be more affordable. Thank you for a safe comfortable stay we are definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Staff we're very nice and friendly. The room was small but expected given the price we payed. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was strong and hot. It was one street over from the boardwalk. The parking was great. We did not see any cockroaches as I noticed a lot of other travelers complaints at other hotels. There wasn't leftover hair or anything from prior occupants.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from checking in until we checked out. The gentleman at the front desk checked on us several times throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

The stove was a bit questionable but functional.

It’s a block away from the beach. The room is big enough for a family. The ref was working well, AC is great, the shower is strong, staff was friendly. Parking was provided.

The bathroom could need an upgrade.

I like the room set up, very pleasant looking inside, almost like a suite, have small table & 2 chairs, to able to sits & eat properly, not like the others we been too, eats on top of the bed... 2 dblbeds set up that other one is good size & level for 2 kids & lower than the other normal one, so in case younger kids might happen to fall off from bed, but it wasn't as higher level, then less hurts!...

I didn't quite understand that the manager on duty at that time I'd checked in, that they don't give extended to stay, like for the next day, he didn't explained the reasons, at that moment but not until the next day as checking out, he explained after that they couldn't accepts, to let people sleeps for Saturday night, reason, the Renovations starts Sunday for the entire Hotel/ Motel. Also, I inquired if there is a laundry facility on the premises, he responded No & there is one farthest from that place..but finding out later that there is on the 2nd floor of the same building... he lied to me!

We love staying here because it is walking distance to all of our favorite places!

I never have any complaints! We are hardly in the room, but the bathroom door was a little broken, but nothing to really complain about.

I liked that it was pretty clean and the staff was just wonderful! The man running the counter was very friendly the entire stay. I also loved how close everything is to the motel, so we could walk to most places.. if we wanted. The water pressure is freaking phenomenal!🤣 Most importantly.. we felt safe there.

My room smelled like smoke the second you opened the door, even though it is a non-smoking room. Also I stayed in room 114 with 2 beds ... next to the bed furthest from the door, between the wall and the bed, was cigarette ashes on the floor. I was thankful that I brought our own pillows and blankets and towels and wash cloths and such. Definitely helped keep some of that smell off of us. If it wasn't for the smell and few ashes on the floor.. I would give this place a 10/10 and have 0 complaints.

Room was nice and clean, so much better than the last place that we stayed four years ago. The manager was very pleasant and easy to talk with. The beach was nice and clean, and we were one street back from the main drag. I did a lot of walking, and my husband did a lot of fishing on the pier.

I loved the location, the price of the room, and the fact that it had three-parts!

The toilet was a bit hard to flush. Also, there was a smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Several times during the night, I felt like I was floating from the left over fumes and that my body was above the bed. I was able to enjoy my stay even still.
