Staff were friendly, helpful and assisted us with taxi service . Located in a very favourable area, close to airport, bottlo, pub, convenience store and main access road. Very helpful when I needed a booking for another family member. Room was very comfortable with normal inclusions plus a balcony and a table with chairs for additional work space. Everything was great. Taxi came on time and the office in the lobby was staffed by a kind helpful gentleman. Overall a very stress free place to stay when needing to catch an early flight.

Restaurant next to the check in desk. LOVED the breakfast. Those grapes we had this morning were the epitome of perfect. The eggs were cooked perfectly, honestly that breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. It was perfect 🥰 absolutely perfect. Can’t praise it enough. Compliments to the chef. Great work! The bed was comfy. Tv was easy to use. Facilities very clean. There was someone at the check in desk when we arrived which was very convenient. Easy to understand and use 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Really. Be great if there was an ice machine and water refill stations (if there were I didn’t see any signs) but that’s really a suggestion rather than something to dislike. Oh. Wasn’t a fan of the quality of the toilet paper but that’s not a big deal. Least there was toilet paper 🥰

Location. This hotel is right beside a pub/bottle-o can get a little noisy at night. A slip matt for the shower would also be helpful as it felt a little dodgy getting in and out from the bath, luckily there is a hand rail to hold on to 😊

all service and hotel was amazing and enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The beds are very comfy and the room and spacious. Me and my college would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends

There is really nothing I can say about this establishment being bad. Other then being out of town being one thing but the place has surrounding shops and pubs so that was a bonus but location cost a bit to travel to town.

We liked it was large with plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. Was clean. Laundry facilities were very handy. 99 per cent for staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff awesome. The cleaning staff very thorough and pleasant. Close to airport We would definately stay again but would skip breakfast and buy at nearby cafe

Was a bit of noise to be heard outside and didnt like chef standing next to us and staring when we serving ourselves breakfast. Did not find him pleasant at all. Was not comfortable to have breakfast, so decided to skip breakfast the next 2 days. We did ask to buy a take away cappachinno day 3, he was rude about so we left.

The meals were good and was nice to have them delivered to the room.

The only thing l could fault on this was that the gentleman that delivered our breakfast could at least give a smile and say a good morning.The young lady who delivered our evening meal was very pleasant and helpful.

Great location for one night stay before flight the next day. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was a very comfortable and a good size. Quiet location away from the Esplanade but with several options for eating if needed. Parking was excellent.

Breakfast wasn't great for a hotel which rates itself as 4 star. The quality and choice for breakfast for a 4 star rated hotel was below standard. Nothing else to dislike

Cairns Sheridan was exactly what you expect from a Sheridan hotel and I ended up booking another night here. The staff were amazing and super accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The location is good if you don’t mind a longer walk along the esplanade to the shops, restaurants and harbour as it’s based on the other end.

The room had a small balcony pleasant to watch the world go by. It was large enough to be able to spread out and still be comfortable.

The shower over the bath tub. It was slippery when getting in and out and was quite a worry about staying upright. There was a loud and obnoxious man in the room next door who was obviously a bit deaf and talked very loudly and had the TV very loud.

I loved the 24 hr service, it really made me feel safer than other hotels in Cairns. The room was great and having a full size bath to relax (10 stars) was amazing and the service was excellent with friendly guests. The views of the mountains and skyline in the mornings and evenings were very cleansing and healing.

I loved my stay however it wasn't kid friendly due to no outdoor pool or kids play area. The food wasn't the best either but it may be because of guests dining at Dunwoody's next door for the atmosphere and kids play gym.
