The room was on the top floor, and totally quiet. There was a wardrobe and dressing area separate to the bedroom, providing generous storage. The main bedroom was large, with a terrace and panoramic view of the city, giving masses of natural light. The ensuite bathroom was also large, with a walk in rain shower, good lighting and room around the sink area. Excellent toiletries, bottled water, good L'Or coffee machine and a mini bar. Breakfast was a buffet, but it provided a wide range of hot and cold foods, constantly replenished. Secure parking (EUR20 per day) was underneath the hotel. The centre of the city was in easy walking distance, as were tram and metro stops.

There's only one, 2-person lift for the entire hotel, which causes long waits (we usually took the stairs). The floor tiles immediately inside the bathroom door were cracked and had previously been repaired, but were broken again, sharp and uneven, needing a towel over them at all times.

We had a pleasant stay, the beds were comfy, we had enough room for all our luggage, and the room was pretty clean. We had the Family Room for 3 people, and it was nice that the sofa bed was already made when we got to the room. We loved that there was a lift despite it being small so more than 3 people will be multiple trips plus luggage. The staff were nice and cordial. The area was lovely, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk away is a shopping street if you're into that. It was a bit far from the metro, but there were a few tram and bus stops nearby and will take you to the city center.

Everything was great! There's nothing in particular that we didn't like.

This is the 2nd time my friend and I have stayed at this hotel. Last time we were given one of the lower floor rooms and found it to be quite noisy at night time. This time we specifically requested a room on one of the higher floors, and were delighted by the spaciousness and elegance of this clearly newly renovated room - a real treat compared to the really small rooms one often gets in Europe :)

On one of the days of our stay, we discovered our room had not been locked after the cleaning staff cleaned the room that morning. Mistakes like this can obviously happen, but what upset us was that the reception staff we reported this to were completely blasé about what had happened, completely discounting our fears that belongings could so easily have been taken from our room when the door was left ajar :(

Beautiful entrance hall. Our room 701 was traditional and on the seventh floor, so had good views. The bathroom was faded glamour in style - marble floor and walls. I enjoyed the feeling of old Brussels. The bed was comfy. The room was not big but not too small. The room was very clean.

The hotel was clearly very posh in its day. The room we were in hadn't been updated for a long time (although the bed was comfortable). The room was very hot, although the radiator was not on! The window opened but not enough to air the room properly. Paint was peeling off the bathroom wall, and the edging of the bath was chipped, etc. There was a phone above the toilet! The lift to the room was very small - only two people allowed, so squashed with luggage.

This is a lovely little hotel, just off the leafy Avenue Louise, so very centrally placed for lots of the main sights in Brussels and nice and quiet. It looks like it has recently undergone a reburbishment of the reception areas and restaurant, much for the better. The rooms are average in size, but it suited me staying for two nights and they are nicely furnished. The bathroom is rather bijou, and with enough room to put toiletry bags etc and even a bidet! The breakfast is continental and perfect for my needs, with excellent orange juice, coffee, croissants and pain au chocolat. There are also a range of hams, eggs and toast etc. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I stayed here with several friends for a school reunion so it was also an excellent meeting point.

Nothing that I can think of really.

Everything was great, service, cleanliness, soundproof. Big room and very warm for the rainy cold days. Due to some problems with the elevator for a couple of hours, they offered 1 breakfast on the house for both of us and a late check out (a couple of hours later than needed). Which was really nice and unexpected. It was located near a Metro (Louisa) at about 7-10min walk. The neighborhood felt safe, though near the subway station were a couple of homeless yet not dangerous people (which were on other subway stations also). There are nice and diverse restaurants near the hotel, international cuisine.

The hotel is relatively well located, not too far from the central part. In the vicinity, there are some good eating points. The room was generally rather comfortable; however, reaching an adequate temperature was difficult.

The room was overheated, and it was not an option to reduce heating. Provided a ventilator was not a convenient solution; still, the sound from it could be a burden for sleeping.

The large room (room 207) was excellent, giving us loads of space for suitcases plus a nice little table area. Feels like the room has been recently renovated, and the downstairs area really lovely. Staff were also fantastic and very helpful. Easy walk to the tram or anywhere in the city. Highly recommend.

Room had no ability to control the temperature and it was far too hot for us but wouldn’t prevent us staying again.

The location of the Hotel was just perfect; walking distance from the famous St Louis Avenue with all the shopping places. As well as close proximity to major touristic sight. The room was big, super comfortable and most importantly it was clean! The bathroom design was exquisite and everything functioning well.

I didn't like that we stayed there for only 1 night - wish it could have been more! All in all was a great experience.
