Very easy access from the motorway. Room well equipped, spotlessly clean, and functional. Such a fabulous big comfortable bed! Good work space if you need to get some work done online. Big plus is well laid out building -no miles of internal walking to get to your bedroom.. Breakfast was the biggest and best Full Irish i have seen in a long time, cooked to perfection, and served with a smile! The accompanying mini buffet bar table had sufficient pick up Juice, fruit etc, and beautiful home made molasses bread plus a lovely selection of fresh mini pastrys. Definitely pay the extra for the room including breakfast - you wouild hardly get tea and scones externally for the difference in price we paid. So worth it! Breakfast was open from 8am til 11.30am and checkout was 12noon- a huge plus to be able to just relax in the mornings! We also had food in the Basilico Restaurant downstairs on night of arrival, and it was really nice flavour filled food, and not over expensive for the quality. There is a late night shop just 50 metres from the hotel if you need to pick up any snacks, light drinks or treats etc. We will defintely recommend to others and stay again if in the area.

The period of late night and early morning beer barrel moving/loadening on the street outside! (probably doesnt happen daily!

Very nice spot for a stay over, good restaurant, comfi room with good bed. Some space available to park your car, although hotel can not reserve a space for you (bit odd as I booked 2 rooms so….).

Maintenance could improve. Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom couldn’t be silenced resulting in a constant loud hum. You need earplugs to sleep through it. Although these mechanical failures may happen, household staff most probably already aware. Likewise with the sliding door of the shower which almost came off entirely and/or had lost its sliding function long time ago.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were able to open the skylights and keep it open all night for fresh air. The room was very quiet. Many options available for their breakfast. Great location to catch the bus to Galway.

The parking lot has only a few spaces and street parking is limited. The room could have benefited to have another night able for the twin bed.

Location - convenient for other bars & restaurants if one does not want to use the excellent restaurant on site. (We used the hotel restaurant on one of the two nights we stayed). Excellent breakfast. Convenient location when one has own transport....easy access into Burren area to the south and Galway city on the other side. (Had planned to try using bus in and out of Galway city (this may be a good option) - but when there, it was a wet afternoon and by car proved more convenient on the day.)

Parking is limited - if one is late back to the hotel - off street parking may already be full. Not a big deal ....so my "dislike" carries little weight. All else was good :-)

Ate in the restaurant on first night and would have to say that it was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Wine was excellent too as was the service and ambiance. Also ate breakfast on two mornings there and was very happy with the quality and presentation of the food. Only slight criticism is that the breakfast is served from 8am, which is a bit late for business guests.

My room faced onto the local service station which seemed to serve as a fuel depot too, was woken up at 3am by very loud trucks and banging and crashing which lasted quite a while. Not the hotel's fault but ask for a room at the opposite side of the hotel if you're a light sleeper. Very small car park means there is often no on-site parking available be we were able to get on-street parking close to the hotel and it's free.

Excellent staff, very pleasant and helpful. Very good choice of breakfast items on the menu. Fast service Dinner was superb, battered fish my favourite. Lovely selection of wines and staff had a good knowledge of the wines and were able to make suggestions. The room was okay, bed was reasonably comfortable, armchair not comfortable.. Loads of hot water for showering and a lovely warm bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant

Lack of parking was my main issue, only 7 spaces and I was lucky to get one whilst I was there. Apparently there is free parking close to the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to see when driving on a very busy main street.

Food was fantastic and freshly cooked breakfast every morning with a great selection, location was central in a beautiful location, stuff were friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough, excellent service, hotel was very clean was clean

It was a double bed booked, but this is not what we got,The bed was very uncomfortable it was 2 single beds pushed together, which kept coming apart if you moved at all, der were only plug sockets on one side of bed instead of both, could hear alot of noise early morning coming from deliveries I presume

Location was great. Close to.restaurants and bars and 15 min drive to Galway. Jug of water in the room.was a great idea instead of plastic bottles. Room serviced daily. Breakfast was very good. Parking on-site. Had dinner in the Italian restaurant and was very good.

Rooms are quite warm with only a small window. Bathroom exhaust fan does not turn off and was quite loud but I simply closed the door.

Excellent location and room was very comfortable. The location in the centre of main street was great for all the bars and other facilities in Oranmore. High point was the restaurant in the hotel, which was exceptional. We had an excellent evening dinner there and the breakfast next morning was very good.

The location on the main street is excellent in many ways, but we got a bit of late night noise coming from the bar next door.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Oranmore, just a quick 10-minute drive from Galway. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and had all the essentials. The comfortable bed, pleasant room temperature, and pristine bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. The added bonus of free parking right outside my window ensured a peaceful experience without any disruptive noises. The included breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of options. I indulged in poached eggs with avocado and bacon on a brioche bun – truly spectacular. What set this experience apart was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was charming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its great location, delightful dining options, and above all, the outstanding service provided by the staff. It's a fantastic choice for a memorable stay near Galway.
