The hotel ultra comfortable. Has all the facilities, gym and business centre. Fulfil all our needs. The staff especially Jim Berg at reception was excellent, He is amazing and went over and above for accommodating our requests during our stay at the hotel. He is an asset to the hotel. A further staff member is Dan at the restaurant who really carries out exceptional service for breakfast. Amazing person who also goes the extra mile!

Good location near the Congress, huge rooms, a pool.

Extremely noisy, the building next to my window was parking with huge ventilation blocks - you felt as if you are in the basement of some factory. Luckily, when I asked to change the room - they relocated me to the 14th floor with less noise and much more light. What I didn't like about the breakfast is that I still have to pay tips for breakfast even though it was included in my booking already. Breakfast was OK, but ideally I'd like a bit more like tomatoes, ham, and almond milk at least.

The room was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Cannot beat the location, just a short walk to the AT&T conference center in one direction, and to the capitol in another direction. During my stay the hotel was under renovation, so half of the lobby was closed off, but I didn't notice. The pool was closed because the pool deck was being worked on, but seeing as it was February, I wasn't looking to go for a swim!

I loved that it was a beautiful hotel ,it was.a surprise to have a balcony room., And to tell u the truth, I didn't realize it was a suite either, I completely overlooked that in the name ...easy check in with all I needed to know info , we enjoyed our room with two double beds , two tvs and even dishes in the kitchen with a full size refrigerator.....We we're told about the free cookies upon request at the front desk at any time and about the cafe and bar.. We enjoyed the bar and Matt was great even though we arrived a few minutes to closing , we enjoyed the brisket tacos ,.some cognac and we were able to take a bottle of wine and glasses and ice bucket to the room ....

The parking option was valet for $49.or park across the street at a parking garage for 20.00 everytime u exit....It was cold and freezing and raining...we decided to park at garage , we didn't to much like this option, but then later , we decided it wasn't bad, we didn't see any security at the garage although during the day seemed like someone was working in the office there....no problems with car..

The hotel was very nice and quiet. We stayed 2 days and were very comfortable getting there at night and felt safe in our room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bar was nice and the drinks were great.

Everything was great until check out time when the cleaning crew came by before we checked out 5 times to ask if we were out yet. She kept coming back and knocking on the door with a key which made it very loud. Check out time is at 11 am and we left at 11:20. So she came to knock at 10 am until we finally left at 11:20.

Great location.

When I booked the room with booking.com, the room was supposed to have a full kitchen with a stove top. But when I checked in, they said that this has been a common problem with the descriptions, not being updated properly, and I had to pay an extra $20 and move all my suitcases and belongings to a different room that had the stove top.

Room size was amazing. THe price wasn't bad at all for the room we received. We were able to check in to our room at 12pm without any additional charges. We originally were just going to drop off our luggage until check in time, but they had our room ready to go!

Paying $50 for parking isn't something I care to do when I've already paid to book a room.

Excellent, clean, large, fully equipped suites. Had full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, along with all dinnerware. Wi-if was great. Valet though charged at 45$ was very efficient and courteous. Breakfast was decent. 7-11 is across the street. Bike rentals are very close-by. Staff very polite. One of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed in on this trip

Location is in downtown and quite close to U of T as well as 6th street and such, but still not walkable. You will need to pull out your car every time.

The property was located in a great area downtown walking distance from the state capital

The young lady working the front desk was not as hospitable as she should have been. I did not like that she did not hand things back to me. Although I placed needed identification in her hand or other things needed, when given back to me she placed them on the counter even though my hand was out to receive them.

It was clean and the staff was nice.

You have no choice but to pay for valet parking. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for valet, 45 a day. they don’t even tell you this when arriving. you pay so much for the start you would think the valet was included. The valet guys are so unorganized. They make faces and sigh as if they have too much work.
