Second visit to the hotel after travelling from San Antonio. Hotel is excellent. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent hotel bar. Excellent location for exploring the city. Good to have a late check-out for $35 extra.

On checking out valet parking had been added to the bill. As I did not have a car I queried this. The sum was recredited to my card after the receptionist told the back office finance person. The issue could have been easily sorted if the finance person had explained in person rather than leaving it to the receptionist who was confused like me by a rather disorganised invoice.

The breakfast was really excellent. The actual location of the breakfast buffet was really nice. The dinner food was also excellent. We ate our dinner in the bar area near the TV. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were only there one night but it was great that the room had a minifridge and microwave. Very nice decor.

All was great, my only issue was that we had 3 people registered for the room but only 2 cups and only 2 bottles of water in the room. Maybe have the supplies match the number of people in the room. We did not bother to call the front desk to ask for more. The only parking available for guests is the valet service but the guys working were very fast and polite.

Great and clean place to stay! Staff was extremely friendly. If you don’t mind walking I absolutely suggest just walking around to explore. There are tons of places to eat within a 2-20 minute walk from the hotel. We walked to the Moody stadium to see Bert, it was a 20 minute walk but we didn’t mind. We did use the laundry facilities which include 2 washers and 2 dryers. Washer and dryer were both 2.50 a piece. We did not use the valet service as there is a free parking garage directly next to the hotel. The hotel has full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which smelt amazing. The gym has two Peloton bikes which I absolutely loved to see.

The room was clean and the person next door was nice enought to only talk during the day, so I didnt really have any noise issues... The rooftop, the view, the comfort and the feeling of being safe.

The front desk guy had gave me some water bottles for free one night and then I saw they charged them... kind of off to do that. The bed sheet was ripped under the tuck of the bed, thankfully I saw it and reported it fast, they didnt charge that. But check everything before you settle in for in case.

The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. It's in a good location and walking distance to many things.

There has been construction going on for months - not only around the building but on nearby streets. Some streets are blocked off or made one-way so it can be confusing trying to drive through and around (even for Uber drivers). It can be difficult to get around the building in a car because of the construction, there was no parking except for $49 a day valet parking, and the construction outside of the room was quite loud, particularly during the early hours of the morning.

The facility is clean and quiet. The staff is all friendly. It is walkable to the Moody center. One great feature is the large trash can in the bathroom. We get tired of the tiny cans in other hotels.

Our only complaint is the facial tissue is thin and has an odor. The shower is slippery, so we placed a bath mat/towel.

The food at the restaurant was really good. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was much needed. Our check in staff and bartender/server for dinner were wonderful.

We were under the impression parking was included, but it valet only through the hotel. The valet service also owned the small lot across the street. We ended up parking overnight in a garage down the street to pay half the cost. The rates were pretty expensive through the valet and not convenient. We also had connectivity issues with the wifi at the hotel.

The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.

The restaurant menu wasn’t very extensive. Not a major issue for me as I ate out with friends on several occasions but on the times I dined in, I would have liked more choices.

The hotel is lovely, the room was nicely furnished, staff is friendly and helpful, fitness center is well equipped. Loved the laundry options, and noon check-out.

I don't love the parking options, but that's expected for downtown I guess. I would also prefer if a breakfast option was included. I would pay a little more for that. We stayed at the granite park Hilton and their included breakfast was spectacular!

Hotel was beautiful and location was good

Had lots of issues after my stay and the staff was awful. My credit card got charged twice and I had to call Hilton 3 times to get it fixed. Each time the staff was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by getting it fixed
