Excellent location! We were able to easily walk to campus for a tour and it is close to Guadalupe Street with shops and restaurants. The room was pretty standard for what you'd find at this price point. Valet staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our check in was pleasant and easy with Tim at the front desk. Stacy in the bar was very attentive and pleasant.

The front desk person at check-out did not smile or ask how our stay was and was quite rude. She made a huge fuss over us leaving a coat threaded through an attached bag when we stored it in the luggage storage area which was in her sight the entire hour we had to leave it there. It was literally just sitting in front of the front desk. Additionally, my husband mistakenly transposed a couple of numbers of our room # when he charged a coffee to the room and both the cashier and same rude front desk person,instead of working with him to figure out which numbers he mixed up and quickly clear it up, made him feel he robbed a bank. It was $6. It left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Location is super central and functional - cheap uber ride to anywhere in the Austin area and suburban Austin. Close to the major medical centers if that is what you are here for. Hotel is clean and spacious. The staff is professional and available in a timely manner. There is a cafe that has general cafe fare - a good alternative to the restaurants on-site if you are traveling with kids who don't eat much and like exploring more than they like eating. There is a small pool which was always very quiet and which my kids enjoyed. It is not a big roof pool situation, but functional and clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel and most of our interactions with staff were with the doormen and valets and they were all super and nice. There is a bit of a sterile feeling about the hotel. It's not a vibe-y place with a lot of personality and the rooms are very standard/no warmth. It's aimed toward conferences, sports events, etc and for those things it seems perfect. If you are looking for a fun family setting or a romantic getaway, I don't think this is the place. To be fair, I would definitely stay here again as it met our needs (quick trip from abroad for a family medical emergency), is close to lots of pretty outdoorsy areas, and the staff are nice and attentive without going overboard.

Nothing to not like - the pool area could be bigger and more inviting. Dining options could be a little more diverse, but overall it really met our needs.

Location is right on campus, easy to walk around and close to restaurants and stores if you need them. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are nice, bathroom vanity has good lighting and the ammenities are great (a decently sized closet space, mini fridge and coffee station).

There was a strange smell when walking into the room, not bad enough to need to ask for a different one but uncomfortable enough to get some room scent spray at a store near by, right before we left we noticed a red stain on the carpet that was probably spillage from a previous guest and a probable cause to the scent.

It’s so much more then the photos , it’s was super nice, and room had a ton of space. Was there for a convention and was only a 6 min drive into downtown Austin , it’s Also very quiet, so if your looking for something live this may not be the place for you, but I’m an introvert so enjoyed the silence. The staff was super nice! House keep was also super sweet and thoughtful.

When we came into the room one of the base boards was off the wall, which didn’t bother us but it’s something to fix.

Super CLEAN! Very nice place! A little expensive based on being too close to the elevator and be able to hear it regularly. Other than the elevator noise this place was VERY clean and comfortable and located downtown. Super close to the university and capitol building. Walking distance to the football stadium and moody center.

Elevator noise was the ONLY negative about this stay.

Right on the UT campus, self parking available for only $21/day, nice coffee bar in lobby with selections of breakfast tacos, muffins, croissants for a quick breakfast. Nice bar, Gabriel’s, for a cocktail. Didn’t try the restaurant. Our room was very nice, clean, comfy bed, refrigerator, small balcony. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Stayed here in the past and will stay here again!

I gave been staying at A T and T since 2010. The lobby and common areas are wonderful. Gabriels is great but needs a cozier setting with more comfortable chairs. I feel like the rooms and bathrooms in the hotel need a facelift, they are pretty outdated. There are not USB plug ins for laptop or phone. a Keurig or Nespresso would be great in the room.

The property itself is beautiful. They have a patio with great outdoor scenery, a coffee shop (which is good and barista was great) in front of windows to their out door patio, the rooms were well kept, customer service was too notch, and very friendly faces.

Personally, I had an issue with valet and found out that the valet is a different company not associated with the hotel so hotel wasn’t able to fix the issue. It became a little frustrating as it seemed like there were many obstacles I had ti go throw in order to get to the right person, but overall hotel staff still offered an extra line of communication and were very understands towards everything. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

In town for a UIL competition and hotel came highly recommended. Did not disappoint. Room was clean. Grounds well kept. Staff were very helpful. Accomodated our request for an end of the hall room. Have several options for dining, but also within walking distance to other restaurants and stores.

Love how clean the room and hotel is. Lobby smells so good! It's perfectly located near UT and walking distance to restaurants esp if you're looking for Asian food. Self parking was only $21 a day which is good value compared to some hotels in downtown. Beds are comfy.
