We were travelling from a distance to Atlas Suites and Apartments, and whilst getting our room key from the lock box we discovered we had be upgraded! We were so pleasantly surprised, and so grateful because our room/apartment had everything we needed. We had a kitchen (including a fully sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, air-fryer and dishwasher), along with a spacious living room, a large balcony, washing machine/dryer and other amenities. We also loved that apart of our stay with Atlas Suites and Apartments, we received a 20% discount off the Mount Hot Pools which is located 400m down the road. Everything was in a great walking distance and would definitely come back here :)

Overall very nice. We all found the beds very comfortable, in our room 205..Appreciated the room upgrade and free in house parking as it's nigh impossible to find street parking.

Can get very hot inside even with all the windows open as it gets baked with sun all day . So at times it becomes hotter inside than it is outside . Probably could do with a sign in the basement carpark ceiling to indicate non exit at the entry into the basement gate . This is an easy fix with a sign painted on wall onto the concrete ceiling.

+ Big and comfortable rooms, very clean + it was possible to use the car park a wee bit longer, without any charge - We were missing one chair, as we booked for 5 people - Communication was very poor - we asked about check-in instructions in advance as well as cash payment, but our message was ignored - we were told to wait for 10 a.m. until the office opens to do payment, so we had to wait, but then got told that they charged our credit card (we just lost time to continue our journey)

The Kitchen was not clean had wash plates and cups wipe benches it was dirty. The knives were not sharp they Quite Blunt, tried cutting the bread and meat they very blunt couldn’t cut it. We cooked pizza in oven one night and we notice when open oven it turns off if preheated oven then go food in there turns self off.

Outside were air-conditioning outside is rusty don’t know need keep eye on that looks like could fire hazard. Maybe some people may not mind but quite noticeable out side on deck .

First and foremost, customer service is important to me. If I've traveled from afar, I'd like to feel welcomed. Atlas customer service was very hospitable. Though reception was not opened when I was arriving, they contacted me to let me know how I could obtain my room key. Wonderful and pleasant phone manners. The location was perfect, and only two minutes walk to where I needed to be. Including close to beach and cafes. I liked how the apartments had internal enclosure and plenty of shelter. Great balcony area. Plenty of underground parking for one vehicle per room. Rooms had washing machine and dryer (my brother and his family booked another room, and for my brother, he was impressed that there was a washing machine and dryer). Kitchen equipped with conduction stove top, microwave, and full sized fridge freezer. Room had secure door lock and security cameras around the complex.

Everything was great.

Location was amazing! Easy walk to all beaches and town. Car stayed parked and we literally walked everywhere. Units were bigger than expected (we had a 2 bed unit), well set out and clean. We did not need anything more than that that was on offer.

One morning we lost hot water in the apartment so had a cold shower - not how i like to start the day. Also the reception was not staffed all the time.

Everything was good , I feel very comfortable, if I will come back again I will definitely book this apartment again . I love each and everything

There was no bath shower in the bathroom and no brush and paste that the only thing, I know that was just the minor mistake and I didn’t called to reception for that Because I was having mine I can neglect that otherwise everything was excellent . And I will never ever rate this hotel down because I love all the things .

Location 2-3 min stroll to waterfront cafe's and cbd. Underground secure parking but I could see vehicle from balcony. Lovely internal garden with boardwalk to the room. Has lift in building. Unit has dishwasher, washing machine, TV, microwave stove top and heaters. Good size bathroom with shower. Good pressure shower. Comfortable until.

Unfortunately the beds were hard with very little spring in them. They were they uncomfortable part of the stay which is a shame because everything else was great 👍

Friendly person who met us at check in. Easy and convenient to places we wanted to go.

There were no glasses, just mugs. Not an issue but seemed odd. The two bedrooms of our unit faced the road and you could see partly in from outside. Privacy came from dark blinds. It would have been nice to have some sheer curtains for privacy that would still allow the light in.

Room wasn't ready at 2pm as advertised and requested. There was no one there to check us in till 2pm so about 5 groups waiting and no where to park while waiting. Discovering the night before we left that the one small roll of toilet paper we had in the room when we arrived was the "only" roll of toilet paper for 3 adults staying 2 nights was a pain!
