Our room was perfect! We had a spa bath double bed room which was a corner room. Had amazing views and a large balcony. Our only regret was not staying longer. The property is in a busy area, with Cavill Ave tram stop just by so it can get a little noisy if you’re on a lower floor, lucky for us we were higher up. Laundry and dish washing liquid was provided, all amenities were available as well as working air conditioning. Can’t complain about this place!

The pool is quite cold at first but once you’re in, it’s okay!

The location is Cavill Circle "gold". A paradise of shops pubs, cafes, eateries that just emit that Gold Coast vibe.The view from our room overlooked the myriad of apartment towers and their respective architecture that is the beating heart of Cavill Avenue.Our apartment was fantastic.Spacious to a tee, great design incorporating the kitchen the loungeroom and bathroom.The king bed was so comfortable ,the air-conditioning worked so well and so efficiently.Easy to use T.V ( a rarity nowadays) Plaudits to the extremely helpful staff who delivered in spades.

We would loved to have stayed longer.

The room was lovely, roomy and comfortable. We arrived very late and left at 10am so didn't get the time to enjoy the facilities like we would have liked to . But the room overall was lovely. Had everything we needed and more.

I was very surprised at reception to find 2 very unhealthy people working there. The 2 towers were confusing at first. The counter tops in the kitchen were sticky and there was rubbish accumulated behind the draws in the main bedroom. I found this looking for an item I had dropped. I grabbed out the rubbish and put it in the bin. The bin in the en suite had used sanitary items in it. Wasn't nice. I had booked a room with 2 bedrooms with 2 queen / double beds, we received a room with 2 single beds and 1 king size bed. It is always hard deciding who gets to sleep in the single beds, hard for 2 mature women who are used to queen size beds. The curtain chains literally took skin off our hands, was a challenge to navigate.

The apartment was spacious, plenty of natural light. The views were very good. Good sized bed and bathroom facilities were functional and clean. Absolute excellent location, close to shops, restaurants. Woolworths next door.

I would have rated the facility as 'Exceeding our expectations' but the T.V. was very poor. No smart T.V. or chroming options. You would have thought that being a good facility would have such T.V. options. It was as if you were in a 2025 facility with year 2000 entertainment service. A very big let down for the property!

Location is perfect! Set in the heart of Surfers Paradise! Everything within minutes of walking distance. Beautiful Ocean view & central Surfers Paradise strip! Apartment was amazing…..the whole family loved staying here. The spa bath was a fab treat! Kiddies LOVED the pools, they loved the Lagoon pool….just very cold though, as the sun is only over the lagoon pool area for the morning, by the afternoon it is completely in the shade……could do with being heated for the kiddies (& adults alike!) to be able to thoroughly enjoy the beautiful sized pool. Kiddies soon became very cold in the water…there is an indoor pool too, which the kiddies liked to go in to warm up & enjoy being in the pool longer, but not so pleasant to sit/lay around to watch the kiddies unfortunately, as it is around the lovely lagoon pool. Only a long wooden bench to sit on. There is also a decent sized games room with a pool table, there is also a cinema, gym, steam & spa rooms & we also discovered another pool (not as large as the Lagoon pool in the North Tower)& spa pool over in the South Tower…….that’s where the sun is in the afternoon! :D We would highly recommend these Apartments! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

When booking the rooms online, stating clearly what all sleeping beds/arrangements are would be more helpful. We booked for 5 people….but when reading what beds are in the apartment, it wasn’t clear enough to see where the 5th person would sleep, so I requested for an extra bed in the apartment…..which we didn’t need in the end as the 5th bed was a sofa bed in the lounge area. This needs to be outlined in the sleeping arrangements description. So unfortunately we paid an extra $50 a night for a bed we didn’t actually need :(

Floors became very slippery in the ensuite as the shower leaked. The return air vents in the kitchen were covered in greasy dust. As a family we had booked 2 units one had large tv in living area and one in the bedroom. The other had a small tv in the living area a second tv remote but no second tv. Some cracked tiles throughout the apartment that didn’t affect our stay but some maintenance would make it just that much better!

Your stay at Mantra Circle on Cavill sounds like a fantastic experience! Location and facilities

The location is very convenient for access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the beach. The apartments are well appointed and comfortable and the views to the hinterland are magnificent and much better than paying extra to face the sea.

Only one complaint. Before departing South Africa I sought clear instructions on how to obtain the keys on arrival at 10:30 pm. I did not want any problems after travelling for 30 hours. I was told not to worry and that clear instructions would be provided on arrival. On landing at Brisbane at 8 pm I called the number given and was told to ring the buzzer at the front door when I arrived at the property. The buzzer was defective, the number I had called earlier was answered and then the line dropped. Long story short, it took 45 minutes to obtain the keys and not what was needed after such a long journey. The staff were apologetic the next day and waived the car parking fee but it was still unwanted stress. I believe that the job of receiving late night arrivals is outsourced.

This place was more than words can say . My view was beachside and waking up every morning watching whales was just beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and everything was accessible from Woolworths to restaurants to cruises on the river . SeaWorld was only a few minutes up the road and trams were constant so you could travel around . The staff were so friendly as well . 10 out of 10 stay and recommend anyone to stay .
