This is a great hotel with a beautiful property, the design feels very luxurious with the convenience of being inside the old city. Everything was extremely clean, from the lobby to the pool to our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the AC was powerful and welcome after a long day. The shower is large, and the tubs that come in the tub rooms are massive. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and always warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

I wish there was a hairdryer outlet in the bathroom! Service at the bar took a pretty long time, which was fine with us as we weren’t on a schedule, but something for others to keep in mind.

Design, kerb appeal, interior decor, room size and layout, room facilities, bathroom.siz, facilities and finish, staff attentiveness, lobby staff and facilities. Lovely grounds, outside bar area and restaurant.

May dound picky, but Insufficient wardrobe space, lack of hangers (one partly obstructed rail located in bathroom rather than bedroom, only 3 hangers. Again picky but some better management needed. eg, bottle chilled beer delivered with glass too hot to even touch, wrong desert delivered, then exchanged for one still frozen rock hard, and we could add a few more errors to the list! But, the staff were lovely and wanted to please- either lack if training or management

Everything at this hotel. I didn't want to leave. It is located perfectly central to everywhere. The dinner service is amazing, and the atmosphere at night is stunning. The staff were absolutely wonderful they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. The rooms are stunning and loved the space. I truly enjoyed my stay and would advise anyone who visits Chiang Mai to stay here. If you read this review, book this hotel.

My room was gorgeous and so large (bathroom was very large, too). The pool was very nice - setting was relaxing and quiet. The staff were super friendly as well! It was so easy to walk anywhere around town. I would absolutely recommend and would love to return myself eventually! That said, though, it is on the pricier side for the area.

It was on the pricier side, and the bar/restaurant on site were much more expensive than is reasonable for the area. The bar in particular was charging way too much for beers. Ended up walking somewhere else, even though it was late.

Loved this hotel, staff where so friebdly abd helpful, nothing was too much bed was lovely and comfortable place was extremely clean and rooms where very quite spa was excellant and the ladies where excellant at their job , friendly n always had a smile on their face. Reception staff couldnt do enough for you and always with a smile.

Breakfast was 2/5 , not much option n normally luke warm with not alot of option. Coffes from machine always luke warm it seemed

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the staff are extremely well trained and attentive to your every need. The room was spacious, luxurious and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, very targeted towards the eastern customer. The location was pretty noisy and roosters crowing/dogs barking sadly awoke us very early most mornings. We travelled to this hotel as part of our honeymoon and the hotel kindly gifted us 2 complimentary mocktails on arrival. When requesting the possibility of upgrading our drinks to alcoholic cocktails (and willingly paying the difference between the beverages) we were told that was not possible. I thought this was very inflexible and the bar staff’s response that evening put us off eating or drinking at the hotel during our entire stay.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away from the main area but in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Good sized rooms, good breakfast choice, nice swimming pool for a hotel this size, super attentive and friend,y staff.

There were occasion dogs barking, to be expected to some extent when you are close to Wats/temples and in a built up area.

The staff members were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel felt homely. The breakfast had good selection of food. The location was good, most probably 10-15 min walk to the main area old town area where you could find a lot of restaurants and shops.

Most probably the dogs’ barking noise from the next door neighbours’ house but the situation was explained to all the customers.

The hotel is just great. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and attentive, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is exceptionally tasty (we tried all the Thai breakfast options - delicious!). The hotel grounds are beautiful and very tastefully furnished. The rooms are large, very clean and just great for relaxing. The spa offers great treatments.

Location inside old city - less than 10 mins from airport and walking distance to everywhere, yet on a quiet street with little/no noise. I also loved that it was next to a temple so you could hear monks chant in the morning from the balcony. Also loved the little snacks provided in reception with coffee/tea/water/soda when ever you wanted it.

Small swimming pool but good temp for taking a cool dip in the afternoon
