The room was clean and cosy even for that price. Is situated almost in the city center.

Amazing place! Nice, helpful and always smiling staff. The most comfortable rooms, where everything is well thought out, from furniture placement, amenities, electric plugs, lights, water kettle… For sure the best shower we have ever experienced (not just in Thailand). So good that we were looking forward to talking shower every day :) Location is great, quiet with a view to the river and close enough to Khao San, 10-15 min walking. Pier for boat is also just nearby. We cannot recommend this place enough. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Very friendly. Nice clean room. Small coffee machine with real coffee in the room. Clean swimming pool. It was very refreshing after a long, hot day.

We were unlucky to get a room 1101 on the first floor. With the balcony party going into the fence, partly into the smoking guys, sitting at the table right outside our window and looking in. That makes impossible to op en curtains.

I booked this place last minute and it was better than expected. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and the room even had its own coffee machine with 2 x pods. I left my Apple AirPods behind by accident, I contacted the property and was able to come back and collect them. This speaks to the honesty and quality the of service of staff.

The shower was luke warm but wasn’t an issue with the humid weather.

Nice small hotel in a quiet location. Very close to the ferry boats for getting up and down the river and plenty taxis, tuk tuks, and buses a few minutes away. The neighborhood is safe and there a few shopping/food streets 5mins away. Hotel room has Aircon and was clean and nice size.

Not much really, for the price it's perfect.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and polite. Cleaning was done every day and it was very thorough. We got clean sheets, towels and fresh water every day. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and big. Shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush provided. Location was amazing, just few minutes walk from the Grand Palace and surrounding temples. We had a view at the river and bridge which was breathtaking. All facilities were great including excellent AC, strong wi-fi and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc...Breakfast was delicious, you could get eggs (prepared in various ways, depending on your choice) and variety of vegetables, fruits, fresh juices, coffee...Lobby was nice area with enormous tree in the middle which would cover you from the sun during the day but you would still be in the fresh air. In the end, they helped us print some documents and allowed to leave our baggage for as long as we wanted after check out before going to airport. Everything together, really great value for money, definitely coming back next time!

Location was well out the way.. Difficult to find even for taxis..

A very cosy and quiet hotel. We enjoyed our stay here overall. The room was big, we were offered free water and coffee in our room, there was also a bar in the evening.

One employee at breakfast was disturbing us with his questions, we stayed for 5 days and every morning he was suspicious as to what our names are and was asking a lot of questions if we would come to the breakfast room separately. By the end of our stay, it became annoying. Hotel employees should be trained for this kind of checks to happen without bothering their clients unnecessarily. Please also take into account that the hotel, while located close to the main temples, will still require a good 30 min walk (!) to the Grand palace and about 1h to Chinatown. You can use the taxi but the average waiting time for us was 14-15 min as the hotel is located in some very narrow streets.

Massive tree growing in the middle of the hotel, full of birds and other wildlife. The hotel is built around the tree, which I find very, very considerate and respectful. Friendly, happy-go-lucky staff, very professional. Clean rooms, except of course the balcony, lol. We booked the same hotel for the way back, and will from now on always do when in Thailand. Good restaurants nearby.

The only minus side was that the huge tree obviously drops down all kinds of berries, twigs and stuff, and the otherwise nice balcony is pretty dirty soon after cleaning, but it's bearable considering the amazing tree-experience.

Excellent location, green and even quiet island in the heart of Bangkok, great breakfast, cozy and family-like athmosphere. Perfect place to explore the busy city center.

We wrote to the hotel several times that we needed an early check-in because we had a night flight with two small children. The answer was always that an early check-in was possible upon availability. However, I had the feeling that no one had really taken care of this request in advance. We were lucky that at least one of the two rooms happened to be ready. However, they were in no hurry with the other room. It would have been great if they communicated to the cleaning staff in the morning that this room should be cleaned as a priority - it was already free from previous guests. However, nobody really cared.
