Great facilities, cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay such as good size fridge, 2 burner cook-top, microwave, and cooking implements and cutlery/crockery. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The car park next to the cabin was a good size and easy to drive into.

You can't keep the air-conditioning on if you go out as you have to put the key in to turn it on. We stayed for Christmas and it was very hot and humid, so when we got back it took awhile for the air-conditioning to cool the room down again. Also when my husband went to visit his brother one night I couldn't go to sleep until he got back as we only had the one key and I needed it to keep the air-conditioning on.

That it was pet friendly, and they had it pool fenced around the patio so the dogs could lay out side but still be close to us. we were planning on visiting our son in Cairns to surprise him, our Rottwieller had recently under went Cancer surgery, and is feeling better. So to avoid putting her in a kennel she came with us & our poodle. We didnt know the park was next to the RAF base and it was holding training manoeuvres with the Army base. When the first massive jet went over then another i thought omg but after a few more took off & landed you got use to it and it was ok. There was also plastic bowls for water & food for your pets which i thought that was wonderful. I wanted them to be comfortable, and they were. The fridge was great i was expecting a tiny little one, but it was great I didn't have to dig through our 50lt fridge, i just had to open the fridge it

I am disabled and I booked on line, my biggest worry was to find a place that allows pets, i did ask if they had disabled room, but that was a few days before we arrived and was told I had to take the room I had booked. The bed was a small double, it looked like the one that was in our caravan that we sold only it was really high, im only 5ft 3 with severe arthritis in both hips & knees, my husband helped me to get on the bed, but the mattress was so hard that my husband got up and layed on the single bed in the lounge, i woke up i never slept, as we were leaving I told Greg to sleep on the bed and I had the small bed as he had to drive the next to take us home.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful on check in and after. Cabin was very clean, comfortable and relaxing and location was great. Was travelling for work so couldn't take advantage of the pet enclosure, but what a wonderful idea to have for travellers.

Weather was unusually cold for Townsville and couldn't get the air conditioning to heat the cabin. However blankets sufficed to stay warm.

Lovely friendly staff and service (had aircon on in my cabin before I checked in which was so wonderful in the summer!) Great one bedroom cabin - very clean, spacious and all the kitchen items we needed to make a meal. A really well laid out design that had lots of space in a small area. Right next to the pool so was so easy with the kids.

Nothing really - the pool was warm but what do you expect in north QLD

The beds were very comfortable and clean, as was most of the unit. The staff were extremely friendly and made travelling with my service dog easy. Front of house staff even supplied us with mosquito coils free of charge, which definitely made the experience more comfortable.

The stove top extraction fan was heavily dusty. This didn't affect our trip but did stand out as the rest of the unit was very clean. The TV remote was broken, held together with tape and foil. Again, it did not make our trip any less pleasurable, but it did stand out as the rest of the unit was perfectly presented.

The room was very comfortable..

The spotlight that was just outside our room shined in with the blinds puĺled at night. We ended up shutting the door to the bedroom. There was a little road noise early in the morning, but otherwise, it was a really nice stay.

The park has a nice feel and environment to it. The facilities were clean and a good place to holiday with family and friends. Our stay was most pleasant and amongst all the sports attended it provided a relaxing atmosphere. A quiet park also. So love the fact that it is near the airforce base and you can see the aircraft come and go.

The pool needed a good top up but it was not a major concern

Great value holiday park that allowed us to bring our dog. Quiet at night. Aircon worked well in the steaming hot weather. Short drive to the strand and other local attractions.

Room facilities a bit dated. Have to watch pets carefully due to park rules stating dogs not to toilet on gardens.

The cabin was clean and comfortable for overnight stay.

My only concern was with where the TV was, to high had to look up to watch,fluorescent light when on it showed up, also the ceiling fan showed up on the screen.

The staff were super helpful and the location is private and while you need to drive to get anywhere it also helps with peace of mind around security

Nothing to dislike it was perfect for our needs.
