This was my second stay at O'Two Hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the team — it’s rare to find a hotel where the staff remember you and make you feel so at home. The design of the hotel is still as stunning and modern as I remembered, with incredible attention to detail. My room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and came with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a luxury home away from home. The rooftop pool and bar remain a highlight — the views of the ocean, Table Mountain, and the city skyline are absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to unwind, and the service up there was once again outstanding. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Steps away from the ocean promenade and just a short ride to the V&A Waterfront and city centre. There’s something really special about O'Two — it has the polish of a five-star property with the warmth and intimacy of a boutique hotel. I’ll definitely be back for a third stay soon!

Our stay at the O’two Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was a place that prioritized excellence in every detail. We stayed in one of their luxurious penthouses, and let me just say, pictures simply do not do justice to the beauty of this space. Everything was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.Every staff member went above and beyond, accommodating late cleaning requests and even delivering Uber Eats directly to our room.The team’s willingness to ensure our comfort was amazing, even helping us move to a penthouse that better suited our preferences. This level of care and thoughtfulness sets O’two apart. From start to finish, every moment was a delight. Late checkout was accommodated seamlessly, and the entire experience felt personalized and luxurious. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering spectacular views, a vibrant atmosphere, and perfect spots to relax. The spa experience was also incredible and made it unforgettable. Its prime location near the V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, and top restaurants made it easy to explore the best of Cape Town.We’ve already decided this will be our home whenever we visit Cape Town. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful retreat close to the city’s vibrant attractions

The hotel is great. Big rooms, bathrooms are stunning, balconies and view are superb. The gym is stunning and miles better than most hotel gyms. Great location and their staff are great... when i say great i don't mean some vacuous subservient staff, they are friendly, have personality and good to chat to. FAR better experience than other stays in Capetown city area. The facilities in the room are great and big comfy bed.

The Hotel is great but - The pool area isn't really like the photos and instagram, the photography is creative. The property is one back so the pool view is great of the mountain but not of the water etc, and if you're staying in Sea Point, I think the whole point is the sea. It's a cool little area, but very small pool (unlike pics) and not many lounges, however it's a small boutique hotel so it makes sense.

I was totally taken aback by the absolute excellent service. Starting with the gentleman that always found a parking spot for me. The reception staff, warm, kind and helpful. The room was perfection...and the turn down staff outstanding. and last but not least the roof top pool area was amazing as well as your staff there. Will definitely be back and actually always stay here. Would rate 7 stars.

Would have loved a mirror somewhere close to a plug point.....ladies want to blow wave their hair in front of a mirror

Great location, everything was clean and neat, beautiful decor, quality linen (great pillows too!) and lovely bathroom. Everything I needed was there - they’ve thought of everything! I appreciated the extra personal touches, including a burning scented candle upon arrival, a personalised note and fresh water. All beautifully and elegantly presented. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much of a hassle for them. The attention to detail was noted.

Not much to critique here. If I HAD to get to the nitty-gritty, it would be to have a plug point close to a mirror for blow drying hair

Very clean , quiet and cozy. The receptionists Noma & Mercy are so amazing. Noma had the room surprisingly decorated because it was my wife’s birthday. The team is always willing to help. Such an amazing home away from home. Been to over 20 countries & never seen any hospitality like this. Jason the manager of this property is an astonishing person too. I will gladly repeat my visit over & over again . It’s also overlooking the water with amazing restaurants close by. My wife kept frequenting these restaurants. Amazing time with my wife

We just finished a great trip to Capetown where the O Two hotel was our base. Waterfront and also walking distance to the waterfront shopping area. Truly great staff, friendly, helpful, smiling all day and providing assistance if and where required. The room was modern, stylish, very clean and meeting all requirements. The nearby restaurants are all excellent.

There is a little bit of noise of construction in the area but it dit not hamper our experience any way.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient experience.

However, the rooms are quite small, which may be a consideration for those looking for more space. Overall, a good choice for a convenient and clean stay.

Great staff who are very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out late which was great. The location is excellent and near three good places to eat right on the sea front. The roof top pool area is lovely and very relaxing (although work is currently underway to build a new hotel right next door and is a little noisy during the day at times). The rooms are very well equipped and very quiet at night with excellent aircon. Nice gym and small spa. Very easy to pick up an Uber from the hotel and a nice safe area to walk around.

The hotel only provided one small bottle of water per person each day, far more should be provided or a water fountain should be made available to guests (there appears to only be one in the gym). The beds were too firm for our taste.

A perfect Stay with Stunning Views and location We stayed at O Two for a night, and it was truly remarkable. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the waterfront in Mouille Point, making it an ideal spot for a walk with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is new, boasting a clean and elegant design. Our room was impeccably neat, well-designed, and featured excellent service and amenities. The view from our room of Table Mountain and the sea was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing full-body massage I enjoyed at the spa. The heated rooftop pool also offered a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Cape Town!

However, there was construction nearby that started at 8 a.m., which was a bit disruptive (may 2024).
