Apartment was really spacious and spotless. Kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and more, including large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc. Situated in a great location, bars, restaurants and beach only seconds away. Pool was warm and clean. More than enough sun beds to go around and none of that panic to get them in the morning. Staff were exceptional, from reception, to cleaning staff and everyone else, they were amazing. Food and drinks in pool bar and on site restaurant were all lovely and staff in both were more than accommodating.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.

Beautiful property with lots of things to do and places to relax. We had a studio appartment with a huge terrace and loved how close to the beach we were. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food in the cafe was very nice and the pools were excellent - could always find a sun bed in morning and afternoon. Lovely little shop on site and cute cats roaming around outside!

Swimming pool was lovely and clean. And the gardens were looked after well.

You have to book a sun bed. It’s a pain. I had to be down there at 9am and she would tell me what sun bed we had for the day. Then we have to queue by the mini market at 11 am each day and ask to put on the list for the next day. But some guests were given the same sun bed for 3 days and didn’t have to queue like we had to every day. I don’t understand this system at all. I don’t want to have to get up at 8 every morning on holiday.

Apartment was great, very spacious and had everything we needed. lots of wardrobe space and was very clean. The location was great, the bar and café on site was lovely and the little mini mart on site was great.

The pool rules. I have never experienced this anywhere. You have to book sunbeds 2 days in advance. if you don't book them in time you are left without them. I can imagine this is a lot worse in busier times and I don't understand the benefit of this. Also there is no fun to be had by or in the pool, even the lifeguard joked about this as the rules are very strict. There is a bar in the pool but you cannot drink in or around the pool! you cannot play in or around the pool, we were told off for having a small ball for the baby. The pool closes dead on 6 and you are then asked abruptly to leave the pool area. You also have to pay for a pool towel if you don't take your own. this is not a hire this is a payment you don't get back.

The staff at Sunset Harbour Club are world class. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are super friendly, supportive and the few very minor issues were resolved at once. It is a relatively small Club but very family orintated. It is in a ideal location within a two to three minutes walk to the harbour, beach, shops, restaurants etc. There is also two restaurants within the Sunset Harbour Club and more restaurants and a pub located just outside its main entrance. Our apartments (two) were spacious with everything provided for if we wanted to do self catering. They provided kind complimentary teabags, coffee, shampoo, body wash, moisturiser. The air conditioner worked very well and we had no problems with the Wifi plus a very easy to use safe was provided. The view of the harbour from our balcony on the 2nd floor was super. The staff accommodated us (6) on our departure day with a late check out at a small cost of 20 euros, informed us that we could use all their facilities for the entire day as we had a late flight. They provided storage for our luggage and the use of their showering facilities before our flight. We did not need to use their facilities as we hired out a boat on our last day but we certainly appreciated the storage of our luggage and the opportunity to freshen up before our departure. There are two swimming pools in the Sunset Harbour Club, one not so deep to accommodate children and one down the back for adults. I personally did not use the pools as I prefer the beach and a sea swim. However my little eight year old grandson had great fun in the pool with his newly acquired friends and with the gorgeous Lucas providing entertainment and activities to the children. Everything about this place is perfect but the exceptional staff definitely are at the forefront of making the Sunset Harbour Club a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

My eldest son who is a fitness fanatic did not like the minimum gym facilities and felt the gym facilities were not worth 5euros per day to use. He discovered a larger gym just a short walk away in Adeje.

We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it. This time was no different. Room, facilities, location, and restaurants were all great. The sun bed booking system worked well for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

With having a ground floor apartment, we had a bit of trouble the first night with cockroaches . We asked to be moved, but there was nothing available for 4 days. By the time the day came to move, we had discovered that by putting a towel along the bottom of the front door at night, no cockroaxhes could get in. We loved everything else about the room, especially the size, so we decided to stay where we were.

I can't praise this place enough. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. They were also patient with my terrible Spanish! Food options in the hotel were also great. Both restaurants had lovely menus and a comfortable atmosphere. Staff here were attentive and friendly too. Room was clean and tidy. Good amenities too. And most importantly the bed was super comfortable. Both pools are brilliant, and the view of the ridges framed by the buildings was just perfect. Location was also great. A short walk to almost everything. So many restaurants and bars in the local area, so you'll never be bored of that! If you don't mind a bit more a walk, you can just follow the coast all the way around to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It was also walking distance to Siam Park (about a 30 minute walk for us). I'll definitely be back next year!

Close to the sea front, very clean and tidy rooms and resort very close to restaurants and bars

Que for the sunbeds, when you arrive, you can have what's left on that day or after 10 am if your flight gets in late the day after which are always in the shade ? The following day you can not book until 11 for the following 2 days and again your given the ones in the shade as the sun side ones are always booked having stayed a week the same people had the beds in the same areas and some had the same ones for the full week a bit unfair gave up trying to book 2 sun beds on this visit.

Everything was fantastic. It was our first time we have stayed with you my brother recommended you. The day before we left we rebooked for next year with Nacho who was so helpfully and friendly. Looking forward to seeing you all next year. I have already recommended you to our friends who are also looking at booking. Thank you again for everything it was just the sort of holiday we needed. We have request a different room for next year so hopefully that will happen.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was central. Hotel exceptionally clean everywhere. Loved the booking of sunbeds in advance, no silly get ups trying to secure a bed. Food on-site was wonderful. Couldn't fault anything. I booked for x4 of us, and the other 3 girls have taken this hotels details and said they will definitely book here again, as will I. Loved it.
