Location was perfect. Very easy to get to by bus or train, yet in a very quiet area. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner was super sweet and accommodating.

The room was very old, and the bathroom didn’t circulate air well. When showering, it would get incredibly hot and steamy, even with the fan on. The beds were two twin mattresses with wooden frames around the sides of each mattress. It made it very difficult to snuggle without laying on top of the edge of the frame.

Heidi the owner was very friendly and attended to our needs. Heidi prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location was very close to the Ringgengerg church/castle, museum and tour information center

The bathroom shower combination took some getting used to but we mastered the shower and it added to the unique boutique atmosphere

One of the best. First time travelled with our 18 month old baby. The lady who was our host Heidi was amazing and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was beautiful and one shouldn't miss the lake view just behind where we stayed, Just behind the rinngenberg post bust stop. Great place to stay and a memorable 2 days.

There was no breakfast provided part of my booking

Summer is not a good time for this location. It was almost 86 degrees and there was no ventilation or fan in the room. It was pretty humid, nothing with the hotel but this place is not suitable for summer weather. Probably good for winter.

Heidi was very accommodating. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing at the same time we had a lovely breakfast. Definitely will stay again im the hotel.

No electric fan. Tends to be hot in summer time.

Hospitality was awesome by Mrs Heidi, making us feel as a Family atmosphere. Rooms clean and picturesque view of Alps surrounded.

Everything from the location, amenities and the host was just overwhelming, we had the best trip of our lives due to the host Heidi ❤️.

There's nothing to complaint, you won't get better deal in the Interlaken then this one.

Convenient for train and bus back to Interlaken, especially with the complimentary travel card. Good shower for after a day in the mountains and several nice hikes from the door.

Very nice host and great location. Near to train and bus stop. Only three minutes by train to Interlaken Ost. Very good breakfast.
