We loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in a junior suite for 3 nights. We watched the sunrise from our balcony every morning accompanied by the sounds of birds. The bed was comfortable. There were many closets in the room. The hotel was newly renovated. There were many options for Muslims at breakfast. Every morning we ate salmon and eggs that Mr. Peter brought to our table by the lake. There was a path next to the hotel where we could walk and only meet local people. We walked by the lake accompanied by the sounds of birds. There was also a separate section with sun loungers where you could enter the lake. The hotel is right next to the ferry pier. Parking is free. We would also like to thank Mr. Peter and the hotel owner, Mrs. Michel, who took special care of everything in the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. On top of that, the hotel's surroundings and outdoor areas by the lake were very pleasant and inviting. For all these reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A big thank you to the entire staff for such a lovely visit!

For an even more comfortable experience, the hotel could consider replacing the metal chairs on the balcony with foldable sun loungers. That said, the balcony was still very pleasant, and the view from it was beautiful.

If i can add 10 stars i’ll do .. best piece of heaven managed by the most professional couple (this what we can call perfection) big clean rooms very safe and view on the lake far from noise (much needed for a break from very high stressful job) and the transportation very easy they’ll offer you the guest card that gives you free shuttle transportation coming every half an hour with discounts on the fairy.. i really wish to go there again

The location is amazing, right at the lThuner See. You can have breakfast of snacks throughout the day and evening right the waters edge in a nice gardn setting. There is no restaurant in the hotel but we got snacks and wine (from a small but good wine menu) served very nicely even after midnight. There is a very good restaurant within walking distance (12 min) with great food, a wide wine selection and a very good local beer (from the tap). Parking is limited but additional spaces are available behind the hotel through a gate accessible only for guests. This is is important because there is a pier for the ships operating on the lake out front and some people try to park there to go on a (very nice) cruise. Meeting another car on the way there on the steep, narrow road is a definite challenge because one of the cars has to back up, no passing each other. Speaking of traffic: accessing locations in the local mountains is perfect. Instead of booking a very definitely wayy overpriced hotel in Grindelwald this was a perfect choice. The scenic drive took just 25 min.

The rates for rooms overlooking the lake are Swiss-typical eye-watering.

The View from our room is priceless. How I wish I can stay there forever. The peace. The quietness. The serenity. The best hotel we stayed. Words can’t explain the emotion we feel while we were there. They have the best breakfast. Peter is great with his customers. Highly recommend this place!!

The walk from hotel to main street is uphill. But we don’t mind doing our exercise that way

The location, the view of the lake, it was nice and quiet and it was really clean. I used this hotel as my base, so I was able to travel to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Grindewald, Bern, Brienz. It was just perfect, if you are hesitant about booking don’t! Just book it. It’s not to far from Ringgenberg train station, which can get you to Interlaken ost in 3/4minutes, there is a local bus too. The breakfast had a good variety. I wish I could stay longer!

So close to grindewald, Murren, Interlaken and outdoor activities yet secluded in a beautiful unmatched scenery and peacefulness. the rooms had A/C (needed in July). the beddings were luxurious, the hotel was pristine in spotless, smelled wonderful and run by the very nice and professional staff. we were there for 4 days and they ended up being one of our best stays of our lives.

A stupendous view from the hotel room as well as from the garden. The hotel staff accommodated our request for a "to-go" breakfast, which helped us with our morning trip to Jungfraujoch. Electric car chargers (3) available (paid but normal network as the rest of the region). Prosecco at breakfast and eggs on butter goes to show the quality. A 7min walk from the nearby train station.

Everything! The property is simply excellent. The owners are very kind and generous. The location is right beside the Brienz lake. Rooms are spacious and our room had a big balcony as well. The view from the view is amazing!!

Only that the hotel is located downside the hill and railway station and bus stand are up the hill. So, if you are coming by bus aur train, you will have to walk your way down. But, it is easily accessible by road and cruise. The cruise comes directly to Riggenburg just outside the hotel.

We super duper like the location of the hotel. The view is worth the price and it has a port accessible for Lake Brienz cruising. The view is just out of this world! Also, the breakfast was superb! The owner was very accommodating and respectful.

The size of the toilet and bath. It was small but not a big deal.
