Absolutely LOVED our warm and friendly welcome from the amazing Reneta . She was so kind and fun and friendly and made us feel very happy and at ease . Was an even bigger surprise to be welcomed with a travel pass so we can in and out of interlaken for free on the train which is just at the bottom of the hill 2 minutes away . Reneta made our stay and would have paid extra just to have her as our host ! The views were absolutely incredible over the lake and we had the best breakfast delivered to our room in the morning and could enjoy coffee and croissants on the balcony . I would 100% this hotel and 100 % recommend Reneta . We will Definately be coming back next year . Thankyou xxx

Amazing hotel in the great location. We had access to the trains and the boat (2 mins walk to both) which helped us to travel around the area easily. Good size room with breathtaking vew from the balcony, cozy beds and a great shower/bath. Had a kettle and an electric fan which we used a lot. Team was very friendly, continental breakfast was good and also had a decent cofee machine. Freshly baked croissants made it feel special. Hotel has communal kitchen and the fridge for guests which was very useful.

No cafe/restaurants in the area so had to eat dinner in Interlaken or Brienz or buy snacks in the supermarket to eat in the hotel in the evening. Sitting on the balcony was spoiled by neighbours smoking, same at night when we kept the doors open to get some fresh air. Would be great idea to have it as non-smoking hotel.

The property is in front of the amazing scenic view of Switzerland interlake . Dream place to stay ! The staffs are very helpful and great hospitality! The hotel gave us free 2 passes for the train of interlake. Just 2 mins walk to the train station from the hotel, If you are staying here , either have a vehicle.

Everything was good at the hotel stay! Close by there is no supermarkets or restaurants, You need to grab your stuff early , or else drive to the city to get something’s .

The location is great. Very serene and relaxing. Good place to rest after travelling, hiking, sightseeing or being with crowds. The lake view is superb. The breakfast served is very satisfying and gives good value for money considering the cost of food items in Switzerland. Lastly, the hotel management and staff are very attentive, friendly and make the guests feel very comfy and at home.

The train going to Interlaken comes once every hour only. But this proved to be not much of an issue for us anyhow.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared about us having a nice stay. The view from the room was stunning. Everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast was included in the price and for a free breakfast there were plenty of options, toast with Nutella and jams, fresh croissants, yoghurts, cereals, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, coffees and juices. Definitely enough there that they could charge for it. There’s ample parking at the hotel. I’d say the top end of averagely price. Definitely would stay again

The restaurant wasn’t open on a Saturday night. Otherwise there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The hotel's location and closeness to Niederried regional train station (R70) is perfect! The view from our terrace was amazing. We had good bus\train connections all the time. The hotel is only 6mins from Interlaken West by train. For people enjoying some peace and quiet, this place is highly recommended. The whole Bernese Oberland is very beautiful to visit. For hikes, a number of easy trails are available as well as long ones. All have very good indications along the path and all easily accessible from the hotel. The staff and hotel manager were all extremely kind and helpful during our stay.

Nice room, Breathtaking views by balcony. In a very nice little village easily accessible to Interlaken oost station by train. And friendly staff. They provide a travel card (Guest card) so you could travel free on public transport in Interlaken.

They do have a restaurant but it’s not open all the time. However they can provide breakfast on request. Otherwise you need to travel to Interlaken oost/west for restaurants or supermarkets.

Amazing view of the lake. Great balcony to sit and watch the boats go by. Good size room. Two minute walk from the station. Quiet location but easy access to Interlaken. Helpful staff who gave a hand with our bags. The usual continental breakfast which was plentiful.

Not really any nearby restaurants but we knew that in advance and planned accordingly. No lift but help was given both on arrival and departure. Guests in next room were smoking on their balcony which sent smoke our way, was unpleasant but not the fault of the hotel.

It was a nice room with a nice and clean bathroom. The kitchen was funtional but not many materials were present, we only cooked once. The balcony area is amazing it has a stuning vieuw over the lake, is very comfortable and safe, also for our dogs. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Apparently there is a curfew at the hotel even thought on Booking.com it says there isn't. You can't enter or leave the building between 10pm and 7am wich is very difficult with two dogs. Luckily they managed without accidents. Apart from this the only other downside for our stay was the other group of people that was staying in the hotel. They were very rude towards the staff and some other guests. Luckily we only came across them during breakfast.

Beautiful lake view from every room in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent service and guidance from hotel staff. Train station right outside property was very convenient

Transportation anywhere required to go to Interlaken OST station which is only a few mins away, but train is only once every hour, so scheduling meant lot of downtime especially on check-in or check-out days.
