Outstanding customer service, care, attention to our needs and always available at anytime of the day. Location of the property is uphill, only 5 mins from Interlaken ost. Station and central, PERFECT. Size of the rooms and attached bathroom, also the fact that 2 rooms come with living/dining and kitchen. It’s like a 2 bedroom apartment with complete privacy. If you’re a family of 8/10 person, they can open all the interconnected doors to make one big apartment. Neat and clean, with private parking, if available. The best part is there is a lift available too 😁🤲🏻 100% points for that. Highly recommended for families traveling from the Middle East, gulf and Asian counties with big families, specially UAE🫶🏼 Petrol station is next door and car tyre service is opposite.

They’ve only 20KG washing machine and it cost 20CHF for each load. We need 10kgs machine also for smaller families. Property is on the road so people who are extra sensitive to noise should look elsewhere. For us it was not noisy and it did not bother us. Noise much so don’t lose out on a good property. I’m a very fussy person when it comes to hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The service was top-notch, and all the necessary amenities were thoughtfully provided. One of the best properties to stay in Ringgenberg, just 5 min drive from Interlaken, free parking, oven, kettle, crockery, utensils everything was available and Super Market 1 Min walk away. Manager was nice and helpful. I would recommend to stay. we got the best deal. Free Pass for Interlaken was also provided by the Manager.

Everything was perfect.

Check-in very easy. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. An easy parking to unload and then close enough to walk to our room without freezing. The breakfast was amazing. homemade, very tasteful and plenty of options! (was basically why we choose this place above others on our way to Munich) Check-out expedite

2-bed was good with a spacious living room. Staff were really good and helpful.

Property is good but the location is bit far from the centre, but maybe thats the reason prices are lower. bathroom keys were not working so asked for help, probably the previous guests misplaced it.

The location was very convenient with a bus stop right behind the place! It’s only 10 minutes away from interlaken ost making it perfect to be away from the city while also being easily connected

The location of the property is amazing. This studio was quickly clean and smelled amazing. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I would love to stay there again.
