The hotel is located near tram, metro and train stations. The staff is kind and friendly. The room is comfortable. On the last day, you can leave your luggage at the reception until departure time.

The staff was helpful and booked us 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms had a door between them through which the voices from the next room could be heard. We would have liked to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room. There is a construction site on the ground floor of the hotel, which is also being worked on during the night, and the noise can be heard if the window is open.

It was my third stay at this hotel. Hotel has been renovated completely and well designed. Location and value were perfect for this 4 star hotel which is located in Mariahilfer shopping street. I recommend this hotel to tourists.

There were two negative points: the first one was late check in! I arrived in hotel after a long trip at 3 pm. The room was not ready at that time!!! I had to wait in lobby for 30 mins to get the room. The second negative point was cleaning process of the rooms. If you want to request for cleaning you have to inform reception and sometimes the reception doesn’t accept your request!!. Only two times were done the room cleaning for my 5 night stay!!! I think the lack of enough personnel of hotel economic point of view for keeping the price of accommodation is the main reason. The cleaning should be done upon guest’s request by cleaning sign like other hotels because daily cleaning is the right of clients.

Excellent location close to Westbahnhof (airport bus stop and multiple tram lines) and the cozy Neubau area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, clean, not super fancy but just what you need for a busy city weekend. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel for city explorers.

Very warm rooms, AC working OK but still a bit stuffy. Breakfast was OK but not worth the price. There are plenty of cafés nearby where you can get different breakfast selections for less money.

This hotel is very well located, a few steps away from the metro and tram Westbanhof and plenty of restaurants and shops around. Also, the breakfast is pretty good and the bathroom was very nice, with a good shower system

You have to request for the rooms to be cleaned and this is done to a minimum level: the sheets and towels are changed but not sure the hoover was done. Also, the mattresses were quite soft, not very sturdy. Another point: the chairs are super loud in the breakfast room. Whenever someone moves the chairs are super, the noise was very significant. You have to put cushions under the chairs feet to reduce it, otherwise this is very disturbing

The hotel seemed to have very mixed reviews, but our stay over a weekend in late January was great. The hotel is very well located close to Westbanhoff station in north west Vienna. A VAL (Vienna Airport Lines) bus connects the airport to Westbanhoff via the main train station (Hautbanhoff). Cost was 8.50 euro each way. Using the U-bahn system is even easier as after exiting the metro station at Westbanhoff, following the signs for Inner Mariahilferstrasse, going up two short escaltors you are literally in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel are Billa and Spar supermarkets (9-21pm, except Saturday until 18pm. Sunday closed) and the BackWerk cafe. The Good Coffee Society (across the main road on Stumpergasse) as well as Cafe Weingartner (on Goldschlagsstrasse which is behind Westbanhoff) were also great for breakfast. The hotel looked clean and modern as we entered. Reception staff were friendly, polite and attentive. An extra pillow was no trouble. Answering questions and helping with directions was no trouble. The lift to our third floor double room was large, clean and very quick. We asked for two keycards and got them. The room was interior courtyard facing room and very quiet. Clean, with room to walk around the bed, two armchairs, two duvets as well. Bathroom was large enough with a shower that had excellent pressure. Two large towels and two face towels. Room was warm when we entered. Oh, and plenty of cupboard/hangar space. We had an excellent stay. The price/room was great. The staff were lovely. No complaints at all.

If we HAD to say something we didn't like, and this would be really pushing it, we did note that the low level lights in our room were still pretty bright. Perhaps too bright. But this is reaching for something to say, it did not impact our stay at all.

Location was great, easy access to trams, metro. Right on the shopping street so really good

No coffee/ tea in some of the rooms, when did having kettle tea and coffee stop being a basic minimum in a room? Really bad idea not to have kettle tea and coffee in the rooms to be honest

The location was great, if you're looking for walking distance to the center you might want to look elsewhere, but for me the location was great it was at the shopping area so many stores, and food options around, and as for the tourist attractions there is a metro station close by, so it's very convenient. The staff were nice, I had some issues with the safe and the technician came quickly and fixed it.

Overall the hotel was fine but nothing exceptional, clean enough. The shower is kind of a safety hazard, it's on a step, I guess so that the water can drain better and not spill to the rest of the area, but it really doesn't drain that well and the floor is very slippery, my second night I expected it to be dry and stepped into the shower cabin and almost slipped and fell, another thing about it being raised is that you are close to the ceiling, I could touch the ceiling with bent hands, I'm 5'7, so it wasn't a big deal for me but I assume for anyone 6' and higher it might.

The location is excellent—very close to the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, having a SPAR supermarket nearby was very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and provided a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility. Would definitely stay again!

the pillows were not very comfortable!!

Location!! On the Mariahilferstrasse with all its shops/restaurants. Minimal walking distance from the Westbahnhof. Breakfast is incredible. Walk out the front door and there's a Billa Supermarket across the street. Had a single issue with the Air conditioning, which was fixed quickly. Our room on the 6th floor was overlooking the square (under renovation), which can be noisy when the window is open. Good sized room with a refrigerator, safe, and large wardrobe.

No Gym, Pool or parking.

Great location, from there you can walk to inner stadt and it takes around 30-40min, good way to explore the city on foot, also other locations where aproximately that length. You can also take tram/metro because the station is around the corner both for metro and tram.. So it was perfect. The hotel and the staff were very helpful and warm, also the room was neat and clean! Loved it!!
