The Annex sits across the road from the main hotel, and offers superbly comfortable, modern spaces with every mod con. A largish room with good desk space for laptop etc, tea and coffee machines, and a stunning bathroom with a glorious walkin shower with wonderful pressure. The buffet breakfast is among the best we've encountered. And an easy walk to the main walking stret of town. Parking would be a problem if you have a car.

The hotel is located in a great location, right in the heart of the city. There is a bus station nearby that will take you directly to other cities of Crete. The accommodation was clean and pleasant. The rooms are quite spacious. A minor minus was the very soft mattress, but it's only a small thing. There was a beautiful Greek atmosphere here and we will definitely always be happy to come back. I always come here to Stalida. What takes breakfasts - super tasty and very vaious.

The staff were very polite and incredibly accommodating. I dropped my phone and damaged the screen, due to my travel plans I needed to take the ferry early next morning and all my tickets were electronic, Chara on reception was kind enough to let me use a computer and printer to get my ferry pass at around 11PM which I thought was exceptional customer service, I was very grateful. The restaurant located on 4th floor was absolutely incredible, highly recommended.

Great location, fantastic complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, and parking just a few blocks away all made it a great choice.

The safe didn’t work (may have had dead batteries), and we were assigned a room with one queen bed when we reserved two beds (we were told bed selections were “based on availability” but that was not documented when we made the booking).

Stayed for one night before flying from Heraklion aiport which is a short taxi ride away. Very clean, modern room on the ground floor of the annex across the road from the main hotel. Small basement terrace. Although the planes taking off from the nearby airport fly directly overhead and are loud we slept peacefully thanks to the good sound proofing, closed terrace door and good air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Thank you to the very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of fresh foods both Cretan and international in the breakfast buffet. A short walk to the old town or to the harbour. Would definitely go back again for couple of nights to explore Heraklion more.

Small but comfortable room, and comfortable bed. The reception is on the other side of street and there's no elevator to the first floor room, but we were helped with our luggage through check-in (we didn't ask for help during check-out). They were readily available to keep our luggage on departure day. We only stayed one night so we couldn't explore breakfast very much but there were plenty of local and international food options.

We liked the facilities and the location

We had a water outage and we believed the could do a better treatment of their customers needs at breakfast time. Coffee machine didn't work. They couldn't bring back the water, of course, although they could provide a kettle with bottled water etc.

The hotel was at a really good spot to walk around the city and also you could park the car at a parking and get a better price if you paid at the hotel. The stuff was kind and the mattress was really good after a long day of walking .Breakfast was very tasty ,with a lot of choices.

The view was old houses and pipes ,but it was the cheapest room so we didn’t expect much . At least there was plenty of light because the window was big. The most annoying thing was the insulation. Inside the room the bathroom door was from glass and you could not have a lot of privacy , also outside of the door you could listen anything happening.

location was very good and breakfast was a buffet with more than expected ; Excellent. Always someone at the reception and friendly people . we had a free and safe parking spot close . the hotel and room was very clean.

the tv had a problem and they upgraded our room with a much bigger one for no more money . they responded very quickly .

Only a fifteen minute taxi ride from the airport, the hotel is a perfect base for exploring this lovely city on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooftop Herbs Garden Restaurant, with wonderful views of the Venetian harbour and fortress, served delicious Cretan food.
