Great location. Clean pool, and outdoor seating. The breakfast was healthy, tasty and offered several choices! Friendly and helpful staff.

The rollaway bed and the fold-out "couch" bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Horrible night's sleep on the rollaway.. We took the mattress off the rollaway frame and laid it on the floor because you could feel the frame bars through the mattress. When booking for 3 or more people, plan your sleeping arrangements so that they don't include one of those bed options.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! We had breakfast two mornings. The Breakfast area was clean and plenty off food for all. From the front desk, breakfast staff to those cleaning the rooms, the staff were all very helpful and so nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. Clean and plenty of room for guest to relax and play.

The only thing we didn't like was the planes flying over. That's out of control of the hotel. We checked in on a Sunday and heard not planes that day. Monday and Tuesday morning and evening there were quiet a few. They didn't wake us up or keep us up at night though.

Our stay at this hotel was good. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, providing a great start to our day. Its location is ideal, with convenient access to the Mall of America, IKEA, and the airport. I recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

While the hotel itself was clean and well-located, I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay. I requested extra pillows due to a family member’s neck condition, but the staff made no effort to assist, simply stating, “we are out of pillows” without offering any alternatives or solutions. In situations where guest comfort and health are involved, I expected a higher level of care and responsiveness. This experience detracted from an otherwise positive stay. Additionally, there was an unexplained extra charge on my invoice. It was not addressed at checkout, and I only received an explanation after questioning the difference from the agreed-upon amount. Better communication and more attentive service would have significantly improved the experience.

The hotel was perfect walking distance away from the MOA, like a 5-8 minute walk. Yea you have to cross busy intersections but there are crosswalks and safety measures implied. It was also a very clean, comfortable, and spacious room.

The hotel had advertised free shuttle rides to and from the Minneapolis airport and MOA on a paper on the front desk, but when my fiance and I waited for a shuttle at 9 pm when the mall closed, one never showed. There were shuttles for other hotels that came to pick up passengers, but we didn’t know if we had missed our hotel’s shuttle or if it never came. We started waiting for one around 8:50 pm and after 20 minutes decided to walk back to the hotel.

The breakfast, the shuttle, the cleanliness and the overall value was great.

All the staff was friendly and nice, except for one gentleman who upon checking us in was not very friendly and kind of rude to me because I booked through booking.com instead of directly through the hotel. And about an hour before we checked out after a 3 days, I got charged $5 for logging into internet? Which was very confusing? Pool was a little cold for our liking!

it was clean and safe. near to most of the places we’ve been to. The breakfast was really good.

Some of the frond desk staff during our stay. I called twice and put me on hold on both times for about 5 minutes. Then, the third time I called after an hour, I requested something and front desk said that she’s kinda busy and will get back to us with our request, but no one get back to us.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety (you don't normally see spinach quiche as an item at hotel breakfast buffets)! The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

Parking cost money (it was only $3, but still). The TV did not work and no one came to fix it when I told the front desk (even though they said someone would be there). We were bummed because we were hoping to settle in and watch some specials on TV while relaxing before lights out.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed for 2 nights. We told the front desk we only needed towel service and having the garbage emptied, but it wasn't done. We had to ask for more towels.

Our phone didn't work properly. We could call out, and hear the person on the other end, but they couldn't hear us. Also, we only had 1 small garbage can in the room. So when we left 2 days later, it was overflowing.

Upon arrival at airport called the hotel to obtain a ride that I prescheduled and was told someone will come at 3pm when I called at 220pm. Then was told the shuttle bus will not come till 315pm.Room was not cleaned on a daily basis and was not given clean towels to replace the ones used the day before, had to request them from front desk. Picked up from the mall by shuttle bus at 910pm instead of 9pm and was blistering cold.

A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

Hot Tub was Cold. Which was weird since the showers were nice and hot.
