Great location and views from the rooms. Walking distance to Heavenly shopping, restaurants, and ski lift. Nice exercise room with modern equipment. Rooms were quiet too.

One of the toilets in our room broke and stopped flushing. Fortunately, each room has two bathrooms. The hot tub next to the pool was still closed due to construction. I would have preferred less costly or free parking. We booked a room for three people but the amenities such as coffee mugs were only for two people.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We love that there are two bathrooms in the rooms. The staff is very helpful, check-in is quick and easy and it’s close to the outdoor amphitheater as well as many other attractions.

The only negative is that there isn’t a ramp into the hotel registration area when coming from the self parking lot. You need to pull up in front and unload your luggage before parking your car.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like the valet guys. Use them its only $5 more and totally worth it. Room is large and comfortable except the pillows. 2 bathrooms in our room. Location is great for casinos, food and Heavenly Gondola. Price is good for what you get.

Pillows are giant. They only have one kind. If you like a big pillow your in luck if not bring your own. Starting to get a bit run down but our room wasn't bad.

2 Full bathrooms were great! Didn't talk to one hotel employee, did the self check in and out. I did like the Mexican restaurant between the 2 casinos. Harrah's is walking distance to everything that you may need around downtown. Didn't bother to hit the casino though walked through it.

Not much, there was a noisy air handler on the hotel roof that was visible from the window and it made a loud screeching noise the entire time.

Nicely clean , customer service is awesome , Kathie. She is from Republica Dominicana was very helpful smiling with lots of knowledge, she knows what to do as customer service representative 😃👍🏼… When we check out also , sorry I can not remember her name , I was afraid with my headaches due to the altitude,both were very affected other that that is beautiful hotel to stay , restaurants too.

The pool was rather cold and the hot tub was in repairs Could use a microwave in the room You need to let showers run for a long while to get the hot water flowing

We liked the hotel very much. It was easy to park, and the location is great. We drove from southern CA, and enjoyed the area and the hotel. It is nice to have 2 bathrooms and the room is large.

There isn't anything we didn't like...except we didn't have any luck in the casino. :(

Room was bigger than expected and had two bathrooms. Very nice. The couch was too old and not comfortable. Musical acts in the casino were a welcome addition and very good.

Resort fee!! I don't mind paying for parking the resort fee is just a money grab.

There should be complementary water in the rooms. Casino was unusually hot in some spots. Strange that the only general restaurant, the cafe, closes at 2 p.m..

I’d usually consider staying in a hotel where we could do a lot of things without necessarily going out. There’s the casino, arcade, restaurants and boutiques along with the amenities offered. It was a really nice stay. Not to mention the fact that it was affordable. Will definitely come back!
