I often come to your hotel because I enjoy your service and environment as well. However, this time for breakfast, I couldn't find the scrambled eggs for three days in a row; the bowl was always empty and the refill in general was not fast. There were several lift problems, including waiting times and overcrowding. Inside my room, the Chromecast connection didn't work.

Slow service requested toilet roll as told via app and WhatsApp it never arrived waited over 2 hours and then had to phone reception. Tv didn’t work very bad signal constantly for 3 days.

Room very good and we had an early check in and reception staff very good and helpful.

Being picky but breakfast not great! Everything available but toaster very slow, fried eggs and bacon overcooked. However the hotel was so busy.

Location, staff, and the room very spacious and comfortable pillow and mattress. I definitely stay here again.

The lady at reception more or less pressured me into opting out of room cleaning, assuring me that I could call anytime to request towels or anything else I might need. To be fair, towels were provided promptly. However, I had also requested that the hand soap be refilled and the bin emptied—unfortunately, that did not happen. I completely understand the idea of opting out of unnecessary room cleaning when it's not needed. But basic things like emptying the bin and checking that soap and shampoo are available should still be taken care of, especially when they’ve been specifically requested. It should not be overlooked.

Spacious and pleasant room

Receptionist on check-in was unsmiling and quite abrupt, not at all welcoming. Despite booking a twin room and receiving numerous emails welcoming us, the bed wasn't a twin bed when we arrived

This is a wonderful hotel located in central London, and I would definitely return! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, radiating a genuine warmth that makes you feel at home. Our room was spacious, with wide and comfortable beds, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Being just a short walk from Victoria Station made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and navigating London. As a family with young kids, we appreciated how easy it was to access public transport, and the room size was ideal for our needs. We especially loved the kids’ playroom, which was a thoughtful addition that our children thoroughly enjoyed.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, as the cleaning didn’t seem thorough — vacuuming was lacking. We also had to track down toilet paper ourselves, and the bathroom shower was clogged during our stay. Some basic amenities, like conditioner and hand soap, were missing, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel’s app was frustrating to use. The self-check-in didn’t work, and when trying to check out via the app. It might be better for the hotel to improve the app or discontinue its use entirely.

The room was ample enough, it was very pleasant to be able to open the window a bit. Everything worked in the room and the quality of the toiletries was good. It was pleasant to have a kettle and coffee maker. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a couple hundred metres from Victoria station.

Upon check-in, I was offered some free beers if we accepted for the room to be cleaned only every third day, as opposed to daily, and I accepted. But on the day the cleaning was supposed to take place, nobody came and we were obliged to ask the reception to send someone. The staff at reception don't seem to enjoy their jobs much, as nobody smiles or tries to be pleasant. The lifts seem to be needing a service urgently. We got a couple of scares in a 5-day stay.

Location is fantastic. Super close to Victoria for transport links. Really comfortable bed. Shower pressure is decent but not amazing. The air-conditioning was ok. There's a smart panel beside the bed that controls the curtains/lights etc which is super handy. The room is a good size. Doesn't feel cramped.

I had to cover the smart panel at night because one of the blue lights relating to temperature stayed on and I couldn't figure out how to turn it fully off. Probably a me issue though and if I had mentioned it to the hotel they probably would have sorted it.

Centrally located, quite convenient for traveling from Gatwick (it’s a 3-minute walk from Victoria Station), good overall value, sparkling clean rooms and facilities. Helpful concierge and front desk staff. We were able to drop our luggage off a few days ahead of time for a minimal daily fee, and that was immensely helpful so that we didn’t have to take it with us on a few days’ excursion outside of London.

I added breakfast to our stay when we checked in, and as it was late in the evening when we checked in, the breakfast list was not updated. The breakfast hostess questioned me and, when she looked up my reservation, indicated that I had not paid. I offered to show her my evidence of payment from my credit card (which had been charged), but she declined and eventually allowed me in for breakfast. I didn’t appreciate her lack of hospitality, though I do understand that she was just doing her job and that the computer system had not yet updated. I would also suggest requesting a room away from the lifts. Ours was directly around the corner, so we heard people coming and going fairly constantly, and a quieter room would have been more pleasant.

The hotel is very convenient to Victoria station, near a lot of outdoor food stands, and services a big business population. The room was large, the bathroom had ample toiletry storage space, and the shower was luxurious and large. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating and it was easy to get to the underground or hop into an uber or taxi. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can easily get to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, or Westminster within a 15-30 minute walk. It was a great hotel near my work location and my family was able to easily visit the attractions while I worked so the location was convenient for all.
