I often come to your hotel because I enjoy your service and environment as well. However, this time for breakfast, I couldn't find the scrambled eggs for three days in a row; the bowl was always empty and the refill in general was not fast. There were several lift problems, including waiting times and overcrowding. Inside my room, the Chromecast connection didn't work.

Slow service requested toilet roll as told via app and WhatsApp it never arrived waited over 2 hours and then had to phone reception. Tv didn’t work very bad signal constantly for 3 days.

Room very good and we had an early check in and reception staff very good and helpful.

Being picky but breakfast not great! Everything available but toaster very slow, fried eggs and bacon overcooked. However the hotel was so busy.

Spacious and pleasant room

Receptionist on check-in was unsmiling and quite abrupt, not at all welcoming. Despite booking a twin room and receiving numerous emails welcoming us, the bed wasn't a twin bed when we arrived

This is a wonderful hotel located in central London, and I would definitely return! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, radiating a genuine warmth that makes you feel at home. Our room was spacious, with wide and comfortable beds, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Being just a short walk from Victoria Station made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and navigating London. As a family with young kids, we appreciated how easy it was to access public transport, and the room size was ideal for our needs. We especially loved the kids’ playroom, which was a thoughtful addition that our children thoroughly enjoyed.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, as the cleaning didn’t seem thorough — vacuuming was lacking. We also had to track down toilet paper ourselves, and the bathroom shower was clogged during our stay. Some basic amenities, like conditioner and hand soap, were missing, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel’s app was frustrating to use. The self-check-in didn’t work, and when trying to check out via the app. It might be better for the hotel to improve the app or discontinue its use entirely.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a few minutes walk to Victoria train and bus station and the tube. We were offered an upgrade to an executive twin. The room was big with lots of storage for clothes and belongings. Breakfast was very very good. Lots of fresh food (fruit, cold meats, salads), hot food regularly topped up and no shortage of breads, pastries, etc. The staff at breakfast were very efficient at clearing tables and asking people if they wanted help. They always had a smile for you which made it feel a more relaxed and welcoming experience. In fact all the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn’t really like.

The hotel is very convenient to Victoria station, near a lot of outdoor food stands, and services a big business population. The room was large, the bathroom had ample toiletry storage space, and the shower was luxurious and large. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating and it was easy to get to the underground or hop into an uber or taxi. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can easily get to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, or Westminster within a 15-30 minute walk. It was a great hotel near my work location and my family was able to easily visit the attractions while I worked so the location was convenient for all.

The bar manager was giving her staff a hard time over nothing, in front of customers as well. The morning coffee lady at the bar asked people for their order, then told them to.wait because she was busy. She did this to three of us, why ask if your too busy? Yet it was only the three of us getting coffee, no one else was there. Weird

It's just a fabulous place, possibly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The bed was superking and comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and the room in general was lovely and perfect for our needs. Lovely toiletries, which smelt gorgeous (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hand/body cream). There was mood lighting, which I also loved, and we used. Our room was ready at 9.30 am, which was brilliant as we could drop off our bags, knowing they were safe, rather than taking a chance on the luggage store room. The staff were very friendly too. The location was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Staff across the hotel are extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. The hotel was full but everything ran very efficiently. The breakfast is superb, a very large variety of fresh food is available, the food is abundant, tasty and of good quality. Items were replenished quickly, excellent presentation and helpful, kind staff.

The lighting in the room and the bathroom. I know that this is much harder to address but in the bathroom and in the shower, the light is very low. In the room itself, the maximum light is not that strong, the dimming option is not dim enough and there is no proper night light either. It is only one detail though. The rest is excellent.
