My stay at Kingsgate Al Jadaf Hotel was exceptional! The front desk team welcomed me warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in. The rooms were small but had all facilities inside, spotless, and perfectly maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. Every department delivered outstanding service, from the friendly staff to the cleaning standards. The dedication to guest satisfaction was evident as a manager met me in the evening at lobby and was asking about my stay and services etc truly had a personal touch. Kingsgate Al Jadaf is a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially guy Jack from reception. I forgot my charger during my stay and because of flight cancellation had to come back for two nights. So Jack gave me his charger which was super helpful. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Dubai in not so busy area. Rooms are clean. Stuff was always smiling and positive.

I would recommend to put shower curtains because it’s a bit floating while you take a shower. Breakfast could be better

The staff has been very welcoming and helpful .. all of them especially Nikki and Amanda who would always receive me with a smile The room was especially very clean and the staff always there to help , especially Sujan . Everybody made me feel like home

The pool and the breakfast are in a different building like 100 m away This makes it a bit uncomfortable

The staff are very friendly, Jack at the reception helped with our booking. Chita and Sujan from the house keeping did a very good job in cleaning our rooms. And the price is worth it for our experience.

They need to fix the shower, because the water keeps on changing from hot to cold.

location was good for getting in and out of the city and the airport. There is also a short walk to the metro station which is great for getting around especially at peak times as traffic in Dubai can cause delays

some construction work going on around the property which caused some noise, breakfast wasn't the best, and has to walk to the sister hotel which was a little inconvenient. This should be explained in the hotel description

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Michelle was so kind and welcoming with an amazingly positive attitude and great smile, which we found very less in customer services representative now a days. In fact, I haven't seen that kind of dedication in my earlier trips to Korea and Japan. Overall, the room was ok bit small but perfect for a solo traveller. Location is near to most of the attractions of this amazingly beautiful city of Dubai. I will recommend travellers to stay in this hotel.

Highly recommend staying in this Hotel. Very accessible to all places. Room was clean and service from receptionist named Jack was awesome.. His very helpful c/I and also during c/o.. Thanks to HK supervisor Chitra and his staff Sher and Ad Susan. Cleaning my room. 👌 Will come again 💯.

Shower hot water has an issue , goes and come , 5 seconds hot water 5 seconds cold water ..etc
